I knew that which Fitbit I wanted to purchase. When I entered the store, the greeter asked if I needed help. I replied that I was interested in the Fitbit Versa 2 Smartwatch and he directed to the area only to find them locked in a cabinet. The greeter knew that they were behind a locked case and did not offer assistance. I then had to wait an extended time to get someone to open the cabinet. He could have easily gone the extra effort. replaced my other fitbit watch with this one (newer model) after 3 years my other one wasn't keeping a charge very long I'm very please with watch

I bought this smart watch for working out and love it.

The product itself is great. The only bummer was when I received a text saying this Review is more about experience at Bestbuy. Curbside was ready. When I got to the store I waited 1.5 hours I was told it had been picked up. Then i find out the product was available at a different location ( never got an update), so I had to drive to that location. Something that I thought would take 15-20 minutes ended taking 2.5 hours. Still happy:)

This was a Christmas gift for my wife & I almost regret buying it for her. It was very timely & hard to understand setting up this Fitbit Versa 2. We are still working with the customer service at Fitbit. We do not have all set up that this watch offers. We've been on chat trying to get this connected for use & now waiting for customer service to get back to us to assist with the rest of the set up. We actually thought about returning this & going back to the regular Fitbit

Bought this for the wife for Christmas. She loves it. Says it feels great and works well with her phone. Happy wife. Happy life.

I’ve been really happy w. this item. I have looked at the Apple Watch but the Versa Fit was so much more simple @ a fraction of the cost.

I love my Fitbit. I upgraded. It’s linked to my scale, peloton and my medical insurance records. Everything’s consolidated- I have no excuses
