Poor set up instructions

It was very timely & hard to understand setting up this Fitbit Versa 2. We are still working with the customer service at Fitbit. We do not have all set up that this watch offers. We've been on chat trying to get this connected for use & now waiting for customer service to get back to us to assist with the rest of the set up. We actually thought about returning this & going back to the regular Fitbit

Grocery isue
