Great Watch not the best customer service

I love the FitBit challenges. During the setup of the Versa 2, the app offered me 3 months free premium. Once I registered I was only given a week. When I reached out to them regarding the app offer I was told it was only for the Special Edition Versa 2. I was very disappointed because there wasn’t a way for me to know that and I questioned why would it offer it to me in the first place but no one could answer my question.

The smartwatch I like but on the second light up
