No connection

Deleted it and reconnect and it still wouldn’t connect to my Bluetooth. I also deleted the app from my phone and pad . iPad finally after 4 attempts it sync , but on my iPhone it never worked. Finally just returned to store . BB employees was very consider and polite with the whole transition of return item.
