We bought two of these for myself and my husband at Christmas. It's been 5 months now and it's basically a watch. Both watches won't stay synced, Alexa won't stay working, you can't respond to text messages although that worked for the first month. My husband won't even receive text messages anymore. We've googled and tried everything suggested. We've resynced multiple times, restarted, checked the settings, uninstalled and reinstalled, watched multiple videos on how to fix and went to multiple sites and nothing works. This seems to be a big problem with this watch. If you Google it there's a lot of people complaining. We were going to buy one for everyone in the family for Christmas this year but due to the multiple problems and aggravation we've changed our minds. We like the style and they're very comfortable but in the end it ended up being just an expensive watch. I wish I could return both of them.

I love the changeable bands. I feel like I have a lot to learn, but I'm enjoying it so far.

The screen is easy to see. Battery runs out in a couple days which is frustrating.

I bought it for my grandson for Christmas. He likes it. He is big into fitness and sports.

Purchased this instead of an Apple watch as the ability to load songs directly to the watch, therefore avoiding having to bring a phone with me when I run, as that was the key "must have" I was looking for. In that regard, this watch fails miserably. Have tried more ways than possible to load the songs, and nothing works. The directions Fitbit provides are useless and don't even match up to the watch I purchased. Rest of the watch works fine so far, but I could have gotten a less expensive version if I just wanted to count steps and see heart rate. Don't waste your money on this...Fitbit has no number to call to get technical support, and appears to not give a hoot about their customers. Go with an Apple or Samsung smartwatch if you want something that will work and is of quality...Fitbit products are junk!!!
