Customers appreciate the Versa 2's ease of use, long battery life, and accurate sleep tracking capabilities. Many also highlight the positive aspects of its step tracking, various features, and reasonable price. While some users mention issues with the band's quality and occasional connectivity problems, the positive feedback on core functionalities outweighs these concerns. The watch's design and screen size also receive praise.

Bought for my fiancé and she loves it, product looks great, works great, has some new features compared to the last models. And will track all of your movements, sleep patterns, how much you walk or run each day. Notifies you when you haven’t walked or moved around enough for that hour. Great product will recommend the Fitbit, it’s almost like an Apple Watch.

I recently Purchased a Fitbit watch for my wife, she loves the watch she walks about a 10,000 steps a day and monitors her sleep. It links up to her phone and she kid manager who is calling her and leaving messages. This is a great product every home should have one or several. Thank you Fitbit and Best Buy for an outrageously low price

I like the big face, large numbers and ease of operation. I like the sleep tracker and food and water log. The exercise tracker is very useful . I love tracking my steps. It's also very affordable . I would recommend this Fitbit watch to my family and friends. I track my water intake . The Versa Fitbit watch is the best. I just love it.

My Charge 2 passed on about a week prior to buying the Versa2. It had several cracks in the screen and had been subjected to working out, lots of dirty yard work, and several replacement bands. He made it about 22 months. RIP lil guy! So, I needed a replacement and I agonized over this one or an Apple Watch. The Apple Watch has the coolness factor and can make calls, do texts, and countless other things without the phone with the cellular model. In a nutshell, I decided while I could do without carrying my phone, it’s not a must. I’m religious about keeping track of my sleep patterns, and a few minutes a day on the charger while showering always kept my Charge 2 going without issue. Apple Watch has no native sleep app, no dedicated all in one fitness app like the Fitbit, and needs to be charged daily. I got the Versa2 and haven’t looked back. I don’t really use anything outside of what I used on the charge2 but definitely like the looks better. Definitely recommend over Apple Watch if what you care mainly about is the health tracking side. Now, if Apple puts in a native sleep app, groups everything in to one app, and reaches at least 2 days battery life, I mostly like hop on over. Until then, Fitbit gets my money.

I love this Fitbit! The face size makes it very easy to read. I use it basically to keep track of steps and my sleep score. It’s reasonably priced and works great plus has so many more features you can use.

my wife loved this watch, but there were deal breakers. but first the good: the amazon Alexa feature is amazing. she loved this feature. it recognized everything and is continually improving. she was able to use it to do many things that improved her experience without having to go to her phone. the fitness aspects are really good. she liked changing the faces of the watch. her favorite allowed her to put her own photos on the face of the watch and it was a free watch face. she loved how big the square face was. she was able to read her texts very clearly and proofread any text she made by voice easily, she said it was truly comfortable and she didn't realize she was wearing it. the next observation could be good or bad depending on your view. she said it isn't a complicated device. while there are very useful apps you can use, it didn't overwhelm her with options. the Samsung Galaxy Active watch, the one we went with, has almost every feature from the Galaxy Note phone built into it. Its like a wrist remote for you Galaxy phone. Because of this, the Galaxy watch has a learning that, depending on how tech savvy you may be, can be intimidating. The Bad: Because we are not always working out, the work productivity of the Versa falls short a bit when compared to the Galaxy Active Watch. For example, the Galaxy Watch has access to your entire contact list. You can send a voice to text to any contact from your watch. We could not find that option in the Versa. If changing your music is a big deal, you better have Spotify, Pandora or music you own downloaded to your phone. We could not change the music using Amazon Music. This was perplexing since Alexa played such a key part of the watch. It would not work with Apple Music either. This was the major deal breaker for my wife. however, it is a great fitness watch. I would recommend it to a friend, but with the above mentioned caveats. However, if those issues for us we mentioned are not important to you, we would recommend it. however we chose the Galaxy Active. Bixby is no Alexa. It is improving, but it is a ways off at this point.

I upgraded from a Fitbit Inspire HR to the Versa 2. If you are looking for a smart watch that is accurate on fitness tracking, respond to text and answer phone calls this is it. There are TONS of apps to go through and explore. The Versa 2 is lightweight with a big screen. If you dont want to go with Apple then the Versa 2 is it.

Love it… this is my second one I’ve owned. The last Fitbit lasted me 3years. I wear it every day and sleep with it on. To track my sleep cycle. I really love all the features it has and use all of them. My first Fitbit was a gift from my son. Best gift ever.

I've been a Fitbit user for quite a while now, and have always gotten my devices from Best Buy. This one is definitely the best I've had since they keep getting better. I can: -use NFC to make purchases via tap-to-pay (Android pay) -log workouts -log exercise by type -track my sleep patterns -monitor my heart rate -get weekly reports on my overall health -track steps and get motivation to move when I'm sitting for too long -take part in challenges -monitor my weight and my water intake I'm definitely enjoying this new Fitbit and its design and durability, especially the waterproof nature. One drawback to the device is that the screen is curved, so I wasn't able to find glass screen protection for it. I ended up buying a 3 pack of click-on covers for the face, which actually work well and don't add much noticeable bulk. It's also nice to hear how much more my friends have paid for Apple products which do the same things. I'd definitely recommend this Versa 2 to anyone wanting to start tracking their fitness and everyday health!

Purchased the Versa2 to track my steps and calories burned to aid in my weight loss efforts. The Versa2 does those things and so much more with the Fitbit app that you download onto your phone to keep track of your data collected by the Versa2 and to track your other health goals data. While the Versa2 records calories burned via your steps or other exercise of choice, the Fitbit app allows you to log meals and compare calories in from meals vs calories out from activities. The Versa2 also notifies you when to move or when you’ve met an activity goal. Additionally, Versa2 notifies me of phone calls and displays text messages from my phone. I wear the Versa2 24/7 and have to charge the battery about every 4 days. In 2.5 weeks, the Versa2 has been a vital tool in my 7 pound weight loss by helping me track my calories in and calories out. It’s easy to use and much more helpful with weight management than my Apple Watch had been which needed to be charged daily.

Best watch for tracking fitness. This fit bit lasts 4 days compared to the 18 hours on the apple watch... that's a huge difference because I can actually wear it while I'm sleeping it doesn't die! it does heart rate and sleep tracking which I absolutely love.

I love this watch!! Super easy to set up, tracks heart rate, sleep quality, can track food/calories. I did end up ordering a different band for it, the silicon band was not getting along with my sensitive skin..small price to pay to continue using it though :)

I upgraded my first edition versa to the new versa. So far I’m loving it a lot more. The battery life is great. And it has more touch screen options than using the side buttons. The face is also sleek looking and rounded. Love that I can wear this in water too and not worry.

My wife loves it. We have have been consumers of Fitbit product from the beginning. This was an upgrade to her existing Fitbit Charge which is considered a tracker and not a actual smart watch. This watch is comparable to the more expensive Apple watch and does everything needed to keep you motivated and fit during the pandemic. It does a great job at tracking my steps and calories that I burn. I like that I can listen to Spotify while working out and stream the music to my wireless headphones. It also has great battery life. Fitbit does have a new one that they just released called Sense. It is much more expensive. It has all the same features as the Versa except for maybe one or two additional features. The Versa is better priced and I can ensure you, it has more than enough features to keep you motivated and fit.

Unfortunately had to buy this Fitbit Versa to replace the other that ONLY lasted less than 1yr since the face just suddenly popped off the frame like the seal just gave up. I nvr get it wet so I truly have no idea why it broke. However, the ONLY reason I purchased this again instead of what all my other family members have, 5 Apple Watches, is bc the battery for Fitbits literally last FIVE times longer! I also got used to the app that does a great job tracking steps, heart rate metrics, sleep metrics, and a lot more. So 3 Stars since something this expensive REALLY should last longer than 9 months!
