Customers are saying

Customers appreciate the Versa 2's ease of use, long battery life, and accurate sleep tracking capabilities. Many also highlight the positive aspects of its step tracking, various features, and reasonable price. While some users mention issues with the band's quality and occasional connectivity problems, the positive feedback on core functionalities outweighs these concerns. The watch's design and screen size also receive praise.

I really like the Versa 2. It has good tracking and enough smart features to get by. I do wish it could sync better with my iPhone so I could answer a call or send a simple txt but isn't a deal breaker for me. If you are looking for something along those lines for your iPhone then you will want to invest in the Apple Watch.

This is my second Fitbit. I‘ve enjoyed my Fitbit because of the options it delivers. However, every time I charge it, it does not sync to my Apple phone. I have to shutdown my Fitbit several times before it syncs. I had the Blaze first and actually I’ve had to replace the Versa 2, once before.

I like my previous versa but it stop working so I got thus one. Is nice to he able to answer texts with voice commands. The downside is that sometimes it won't sync to my phone, my steps, water intake or anything I log in through the watch.

The design and function of the watch seemed to be pretty good. The problem I had came with syncing it with a Android phone. After wearing it for a day I noticed I wasn't getting email notifications or text alerts. I retraced my setup steps and uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still nothing. I finally researched it online only to find out that it is a known issue that hasn't been fixed by Fitbit. I was disappointed but have since returned it and went with a different brand and the one I have now works great and has even more features.

This is a great upgrade from the Fitbit One that I have had for 6 years. It is a little harder to get it to sync. Does not work on Windows 10; cell phone app only for syncing.

This is a quality fitness watch. Does most everything we need. If you don't have the most recent android, it can be difficult to sync. The included instructions are very poor and without help from YouTube we most likely would have returned it.

Poor battery life upon any customization outside of the manufacturer, syncing issues, extended use becomes uncomfortable, constant movement alerts become annoying and frustrating, the verification email also doesn't send properly, as a first time user and buyer i am horribly disappointed and unsatisfied, i will give the brand one more attempt after returning before i abandon this producer. As for why im returning its because the watch desync'd upon leaving it on the supposed "smart charger" which im assuming fried the bluetooth chip in it, which is freaking stupid. ..

I've owned a number of fitbit trackers, this is the worst. Fails to sync consistently, this has been going on from the outset. Multiple soft/hard resets, works for a week or two then fails to sync again. Look elsewhere. Really wanted to like it, Fitbit's app is useful, especially the sleep tracker, battery life is good, but can't get past the issues.

One of the worst watches I have owned fromFitbit. Support was no help with my problems, can’t return this defective watch so it will just go in my junk door with the others. Issues are always showing my HR in the 140’s plus and that is just walking, because of my age I was concerned as it maxed me out several time, so purchased a pulse oximeter to confirm that the watch was showing me incorrect information, and also said I had went up on 4plus stairs and was on a flat surface. Would not sync to app without me having to swipe down and manually syncing. Went back to my Charge 3 and it has less bugs that I can deal with. FYI, don’t price match with Best Buy as it will no longer be returnable!

I bought this for my wife. It worked great for a few months. Then every other day she was handing it to me saying it won’t sync. I would have to spend an hour fiddling with it. Disconnect the reconnect. Log out then log in. Delete app reinstall. After 6 months tossed it to the side. Apple Watch not a problem since.

I've owned FitBits in the past. This is by far the WORST! For the money paid for it, it is horrible. Getting it to sync properly - awful. The ability to easily navigate, non-existent! I would NOT recommend this one! I only wish I had not waited so long, I would have returned it! :(
