Great gift and easy to use for my tech challenged mother.

I purchased this watch for my wife and she really enjoys it. The only 2 complaints I have heard is that the watch doesn't always count steps up a ladder as steps or floors. She always seems upset to be cheated of those steps. Second, she wishes you could answer the phone through the watch. It will alert her to a call and she can answer, but has to go to her phone to talk.

easy setup and ease of use, would recommend to any user.

I loved this device, the once a week charging was a big plus. But then after 18 months the screen went white. Reset as per forums, no joy. It’s a pity, the device still works, just the display is broken.
