I love this smartwatch!

It does everything I need it to do to keep track of my health. I am diabetic so I love how it gives me reminders too. Keeps me right on track. The communities are great to be able to get healthy ideas from other Fitbit users. I can also create reports to send to my doctor so she can see too and we can make the best plan for my health. Love it!

Liked the versa but love the versa 2

I had the original versa and upgraded to versa 2 primarily for Alexa and Fitbit pay integration. Alexa is spot on with voice recognition and I prefer the text answers rather than voice response. Overall, versa 2 is much more polished than the original. Also, like the move to one button. I'd definitely buy again.

Very Poor Quality !!!!!!

And after only 6 months , the screen came loose on all of them. Fitbit did replace it the first time it happened, but after that only offered me a 35 percent discount on their inflated price on their website. They know they have a problem with screens coming loose, but will not back their product. I am done with Fitbit. Samsung is the way to go, as they will work with android.

This watch is handy for keeping track of exercise, steps, and heart rate. It also has a customizable watch faces the ability to pay wirelessly, download music, and listen over headphones. The best part of the watch is after it is synced you can also receive, text messages and respond right away using your voice or preset responses.
