Customers are saying

Customers appreciate the Versa 2's ease of use, long battery life, and accurate sleep tracking capabilities. Many also highlight the positive aspects of its step tracking, various features, and reasonable price. While some users mention issues with the band's quality and occasional connectivity problems, the positive feedback on core functionalities outweighs these concerns. The watch's design and screen size also receive praise.

Good little device with pertinent information and works well and easy to access functions. Needing to spend more time with it to see what all it’s able to do. Recommend this device to anyone wanting to track heart rate and sleep patterns.

    Tired of inaccurate smartwatches

It counts steps when you move your arm, but your body is still. While exercising, the heart rate monitor goes in and out. As such, you will NEVER get as close to an accurate calorie burn count as you typically would if it were not going in and out. My BIGGEST gripe regarding the heart rate is the fact that it does not show a true up to the second calorie burn count when exercising. What do I mean? When exercising, if you look at how many calories you are burning at that very moment, take notice of the fact that the calorie burn appears to stay the same for literally a whole minute or more, until the watch ultimately updates the calorie burn during the actual workout. There is some type of delay in the way the watch shows calories burned during the workout. Garmin will show you actual calories burned during the workout as you make your way through the workout, and all the while up to the very second. No delays. By the end of, say, a 30 minute workout, vigorous exercising with very little rest, the Fitbit may show that you have burned approximately 250 calories. That is absurd and inaccurate. As for the strap, why hasn't Fitbit changed the method of straps used to a traditional style of watch band? When you go to release the quick release, be prepared to potentially break a nail and fracture a finger. And the bezels are still HUGE. I get that it is all done to preserve battery life, but EVERYONE on the planet by now knows that if these companies wanted to, they can put in a 10,000 mah battery in these things to last a month, but they continue to release these mediocre watches with VERY LITTLE INCREMENTAL UPDATES so that we keep coming back to buying the so-called next and best updated version.

Had a fitbit charge 2 and upgraded to a Versa 2. Love the color on the display and the ability to download pandora playlists to the Versa, but it took forever to install the initial update to the fitbit and downloading the 3 playlists took 45 minutes. Very slow

I absolutely love my Fitbit, it motivates me more to workout. I like that it tells you how hard your workout is on the app, such as fatburn, cardio, and peak zones. My only complaint is that the steps can be off when you are doing laundry/cooking.

As a long time fit bit product user, this has been a great addition to the line. I love it! It is very evenly weighted on the arm making it feel very natural while wearing at day or night. Autodetecting exercises is very intuitive and has come a long way.

Bought it as a replacement for my Mom's original Versa. She loves, but I personally don't see enough of a difference for the steep price. If her original had not have broke I wouldn't bother to buy this one. But I'm glad she's happy with it

I have not utilized the advanced apps yet. Love the watch, step counting and silent alarms. The only downfall so far is it does not give me the full sleep info. Only the limited and I have read directions and worked with it. This was a high priority that I wanted, but ......

It is a great watch. I love having Alexa all the time as I use it a lot. I was hoping they were going to add an exercise bike to the list of exercises but they didn’t. The band is soft and comfortable.

Great watch. Fitbit workout software is intuitive and easily the best fitness related software in the industry. I find that the only thing that stops me from giving it 5 stars is that it can be finicky with some notifications. I noticed that with Ionic and now with this also.

I'm liking it and not finding it too big or bulky. I'm surprised it has not been harmed yet as it has been hit into things a few times. The interface is harder to use than the old fitbit. It takes more to get it to start up for a run, than my old fitbit charge.

I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I really like the fact that it so versatile with all the different bands you can get for it . I also like the fact I can get most of my notifications on it. One thing I don’t like is my bank don’t support the wallet app tho.

Watch is great; I like the SPO2 monitor ability, especially. The charger is a very bad design and I wish it was like the old Versa charger that would actually sit on a flat surface and be long enough to reach from the floor to my side table.

I think this is a excellent watch for working out and causal wear. Love that I can listen to music without using my phone. The Bluetooth range is far. I still get notifications from my phone while my phone is outside in my car and I am inside my house.
