Could be a fun item but it will not automatically sync. Each day I must reset app or settings on computer to track steps and miles

Only used it for two days but I’d like it so far. It definitely has a bit of a learning curve. Sometimes a little frustrating but I’m sure within another few days I’ll understand it a little better

This was probably the 10th Fitbit I purchased from Best Buy. This one was a Father's Day gift for my husband. I like size of it for his wrist. He likes it too.

Works well 95% of time since but lately it seems to not want to display the first screen. Expensive watch to not work all the time. I need to contact the company before the year is up

It works well, does everything it says it does. The only complaint I have is that the battery runs out within 2 and 1/2 to 3 days instead of the 5-6 days the description said.

Got this watch for a graduation present! I am very pleased with how accurate the data keeps track and love the reminders to get steps in.

I bought this for my mom because she wasn’t allowed to wear her Apple Watch at work anymore but she can wear a fit bit! Turned out, she loves the fit bit more than the Apple Watch!

I bought this for my grandson. I bought one in May and it stopped working in June. There is a known issue with the side button not working. Fitbit sent me a new watch within a week.

This is my third or fourth Fitbit device and this is the best one yet. I love the Alexa feature and the workout options are finally expanded. I recommend this product.

i had the fitbit 2 but had an accident and just tore it up. went online to best buy and found just what i wanted at a great price. got home and set it up with no problems.

Beautiful display with a variety of format options. The only disappointment was how easily the face scratches. Be sure to get a screen protector for this one.

Purchased for my wife who wanted a tracker but wasn’t interested in an actual smart watch. Well she got the better of both worlds and loves it.

Other than battery life, this is a great little watch. Clock faces are changeable and the fact that it has a secure wallet is great!

Upgraded my boyfriends older fitbit with this one for Christmas and he absolutely loves it. Having a screen makes a big difference.

Not as great as I thought it would be. It worked pretty good at first but now it's about a year old it's starting to wear out. The heart rate gets stuck at 70, it can be on the charger and still be reading a 70 bpm. The step count is good for what it is, I mean wearing it on your wrist you're going to get additional steps by typing on a keyboard or swinging your arm to much, I register 40 steps on average while sleeping from tossing and turning. Overall it's ok but I think I might try a different brand next time

Fitbit-Versa does exactly what I was looking for. Plus the app on my phone keeps a record of my activity that I can share with my doctor

I picked hit sup for the misses and this is a great smartwatch. Simple, easy to use, and just enough in it to track fitness and send important info from your smartphone as well. Worth the money!
