    My wife really likes the watch the only problem is the problem we’ve had with all are Fitbits after about a year or year and a half they all go dead. My wife doesn’t like to switch brands because she will have to learn how to use the new watch so she keeps on getting Fitbits. I’d rather she have an Apple Watch and I’m trying to convince her of that.

    Suggest you put on a feature to download the manual to my computer so that I can go back and refer to how to work all of the features the watch is capable of doing.

    Not as user friendly as my Samsung was. Also it's larger/bulkier than the Samsung. It serves the purpose, but in the future I'd buy Samsung.

    Overall it is a great watch. The only reason I do not give it 5 stars is that it does not count steps correctly when indoors.
