I bought this to motivate me to move and it is serving it’s purpose. The only thing that I am dealing with is sometimes Versa 2 doesn’t accurately count my steps. I like how it analyzes my sleep We had a hard time changing the straps too and the rubber band seems to giving me some reactions (a bit of rashes and itchiness). It’s just me. But as per Best Buy experience, I will give them 2 thumbs up for fast shipping.

My main complaint is that Fitbit Premium wants to charge $10 a month for their service that doesn't seem worth it to me. You still get the heartbeat, oxygen blood saturation, and all the other stuff Fitbit basic does. I've hit my screen on things quite a bit and it hasn't damaged it other than a few scratches. My Fitbit Charge 2 broke the first year, but this has lasted almost a year now and doesn't seem to be running into any problems. I also love the "Find Phone" feature that I've used quite a bit.

I upgraded to the Versa 2 bc of all it offers for me to keep up with my health and healthy practices. I use it for info at drs offices and I try to do challenges everyday just to become better and more aware of my everyday active. I love they have the O2 on there and the sleeping mode. Those two are my most important ones that I watch to feel my best self. I got this particular one bc of the price, all the qualities to help me get/stay healthier and it is waterproof.

Over all it’s a gear watch. Fits wrist nicely. I have a small wrist and it doesn’t look bulky at all. It works great with the Fitbit app. Heart rate, step count, sleep monitor are pretty accurate. Mileage is not reliable. It is always on the low side. For the price, I would recommend. I have had the black band FitBit for over 3 years and it still works great. Only bought this one for a color change. Hope you enjoy it as much as I have..

Tracks everything! Sleep, heart rate, distance, and the large screen is easier to see and give you more options. Great buy!

I've tried a few different SmartWatches and this is the best one by far for battery life and it's very easy to use!

My husband uses this watch on a daily basis. He loves knowing how long he slept and how far he's walked.

No issues with the product. Delivered on time. Battery life is nearly 4 days which is good. Good for fitness tracking.

It is lightweight and works well as a fitness tracker. The smartwatch features are not as robust as a Samsung or Apple watch however.

I mainly bought this for a heart rate tracker, but loved the additional features like being able to track which type of exercise you’re doing and being able to control my Spotify account from it. I have a FitOn account so it’s been good to have since it links to this fitness app. The only downfall is that you can’t have the Fitbit exercise app and the fiton app on simultaneously while you work out. So only one of those apps can track that specific workout. Comfortable to wear with a clean design.
