Customers are saying

Customers appreciate the Versa 2's ease of use, long battery life, and accurate sleep tracking capabilities. Many also highlight the positive aspects of its step tracking, various features, and reasonable price. While some users mention issues with the band's quality and occasional connectivity problems, the positive feedback on core functionalities outweighs these concerns. The watch's design and screen size also receive praise.

Actually going to be returning it. For some reason it will not stay synced to my phone. Everyday for the last 2 weeks I have had to redownload it and sync it all over again.

I purchased this watch November 2019 and it when it worked it did everything really well. About 6 months ago I noticed the battery life declining faster and faster. The battery used to last 5 or 6 days and now it was lasting about 3. Then the charging ports didn't connect well and it had to be unmoved to charge. Now the battery barely lasts a day if ir charges at all. Think I'll buy a different brand next time.

I liked the size of the face and the features, but as I have an iphone it was too much work to pair it to my devices and use the app. I returned and got a Apple Watch for ease in connectibility.

These watches work pretty well; could have more user-friendly interface on the actual watch; hard to find/ change simple analog watch faces; not the greatest. Sleep function is interesting.

I initially loved the smartwatch. During my workouts, the watch was accurate with steps, but HR displayed was around 90. I had almost passed out on the floor from being out of breath. So there was no way the 90 was correct for my HR. The next day at work, I stepped over 1500 steps while SITTING AT MY DESK not moving at all. Was disappointed because I want to ensure that I have accurate steps accounted for daily. Seems to count arm movement, even when you are not walking. I tried it out for 6 days, and just returned it this afternoon.

I should've known NOT to buy this when Best Buy wouldn't protect it, but I have the first one and LOVED it, had it for years. This one, not even a year old and won't even turn on now. Wouldn't stay connected to my phone when it did turn on and even then, some features wouldn't work. Sadly disappointed AND I can't even get a clear answer about a warrenty exchange.

This product worked okay. I was bummed that transfering music to the watch was not as easy as I thought. I wanted to run workout while listening to music without carrying my phone.

It is a great device to track your performance during workout but sometimes gets stuck and does not record all your steps and when updating with the app is a little bit complicated.

This version of the Fitbit is much more difficult to program and operate. In order to use Pandora in it as advertised, you must have a monthly or yearly subscription. The Charge 2 was easier to use.

Apart from having a pain in my wrist when wearing it in the beginning (which I did google regarding it). Had an issue with it recently with charging it, had to reboot it so to speak so it would charge.
