Overall this product is good. The Versa is guaranteed to breakdown, it is just a matter of when. It will be the battery or ability to charge the battery.

Its a great Fit it. It has awesome modern capabilities but the battery dies quickly. You also must set everything up from your phone or computer instead of the band which can be inconvenient.

Someone gifted this to me and I returned it. I upgraded to the Apple Watch series 5 mainly for ease of use and compatibility with my iPhone.

Returned watch. When I wore it, I could feel electronic pulses through my wrist. Also the band is really soft and looks to pick up dirt easily.

Owned for 2yrs. and the screen popped off bezel.. No impact or scratches to screen at all. The adhesive black strip just let loose.

I have had many Fitbit products in the past. My charge 2 would receive all my messages but the versa 2 will not receive messages on an iPhone. I tried to resynch everyday and it would not work.

Worked well for my wife for about 1 year but then failed for some reason. Thankfully Fitbit honored the 1-year warranty even though it was just outside the warranty.

I had a Fitbit Versa and bought the Versa 2 special edition. I am disappointed with the upgrade. I would not recommend the Versa 2....not enough additional features to justify the extra cost.

Love this watch except exactly one year later the face came off. I’ve been careful with it and don’t have any scratches on the face but it did not last.

. Not bad however the longevity is very limited. It works as well as an Apple Watch for a while and then for some reason defies all efforts to stay connected to the phone

I purchased a Fitbit Versa 2 and the screen became unresponsive, completely blacking out. I was able to return it to Best Buy and replace it with another. The second Fitbit also became unresponsive. This time, at least the screen displayed the time, however, that's all it would do. Everything else was not accessible, since the screen was unresponsive. I contacted Fitbit and they are sending me a replacement in 7 to 10 days. My daughter also purchased the same watch from Best Buy and experienced a similar problem with it being unresponsive. She was able to get hers to work again after after allowing the battery to completely drain. It started working again upon startup. Conclusion: 3 out of 3 units have issues with the watch becoming unresponsive. 2 out of 3 units are unable to recover, requiring replacement. I do not recommend these watches.

My wife loves her Fitbit and all the new features are awesome

complicated to hook up to music if you are an apple user. only purchased music can be stored on the device. if it were an Apple Watch and the user has an account with apple for music, there would be no fee. here, you need to "purchase" any content that's downloaded to the watch. we bought this for a family member who cannot be trusted with an Apple Watch - too much functionality in that device. what we learned is that this is a strong tool for fitness, but, functionality otherwise is not ideal.

My first watchEd just glitched out but Fitbit sent me a new and it works much better. My only complaint is the Alexa option on it is kinda sucky doesn’t stay connected to the app

first one stop charging and would not go past the start up screen. luckily purchased extended warranty and was able to get it replaced. purchased same one new version. fingers crossed.

It is good item, but the being that the band is a plastic, when you sweat or get it wet, it makes my skin rash. Other than that, it is a pretty good item.

Great functionalities. I like the ease of tracking fitness.

My husband likes the watch. However, he has to keep going back to the phone to get the accuweather tempature to stay on the watch. Other than that, he likes it.

I purchased this Nov. 2019 and by March 2020 it will no longer hold a charge. I'm so disappointed because I really loved using it It wasn't worth $160 for only 4 months of use.

Works great for tracking your steps and staying motivated.
