I went with the Versa 2 because of some of the connectivity features and the 6 day battery life. BUT if you use the always on feature you’ll be lucky to get a day and a half out of it, mine was constantly dead. It was difficult to wake up, the app is clunky which you’ll need to use to access most of the features of the watch. Best Buy was awesome and let me exchange for the Apple Watch 5 and it’s been awesome!

Love this Fitbit. Was a fair price. Still working great.

It is a great smart watch if you are just getting a smart watch for first time but going from Apple Watch to this is a step backwards and will need to return it. It just isn’t for me

The watch seemed to have connection issues often. I had to get 2 replacements within the year.

I love the simple functions and it being a smart watch

I have had this watch for about 3 months. I had to get a warranty replacement about a month and a half ago when the touch screen stopped working. Yesterday, the watch stopped syncing with my phone, and now I can't get my phone to recognize the watch. This watch counts steps every night while sleeping (30-150) and also counted 200 steps or so while sitting in a seat on a plane recently. This is my first smart watch and I am very disappointed in it. I wish I had made a different decision as to which one to get.

I like the watch only thing I don't like that Alexa don't work all the time when I need to reply back to my text msgs ..... that's one of the reason why I upgrade to a verse 2

It’s ok I would put some more money and get Apple Watch .. some function and touch screen gets frustrating sometimes

Bought this as a Christmas present for my mom and within two weeks the screen became unresponsive. I could see everything on the screen, but I could not interact with it.

While versa has many capabilities they are a little difficult to set up. Lack of clear manual I found to be te main reason.. The wide bànd is nice but somewhat uncomfortable .

Disappointed with Alexa compatibility. Can't do much with it, very limited. Watch a little bigger than I imagined, but true to size listed in description

Love it so much i purchased a second one as a gift.

Bought for my husband, he doesn't like the battery life and feels that there could be better features.

For being so expensive you would think the silicone band would fit. There is no way to make it fit. Thank goodness it had another band included, but I paid for the extra one.

I used to use a Fitbit and thought this would be a good fit but I ended up going back to my Apple Watch. Nothing wrong with this just not my preference anymore.

Everything works great...bought it for my wife and she felt like it was too big for her wrist, so we returned it.

basically use it for the length of walking/biking. It seems like a well made watch.

I had to return this one as it was not computing the steps correctly. After having it on for less than 30 minutes, it showed me walking over 4,000 steps!
