The watch broke after one year of use, I sent it as a gift for my girlfriend, but it is okay now since I broke up with her.

Most of the time I have to use my other hand to push a button on the side to make the face light up. "Sometimes it will light up when I turn/shake my wrist but not always

This device is great for Fitbit activities, but is harder to use for the Alexa app. We exchanged it for an Apple Watch to get more functionality, but at a higher price.

A wonderful gift for someone looking for an upgrade.

The charger base is sometimes finicky about charging the watch. This has caused it to not charge overnight as expected.

Im on my second replacement versa. Previous two locked up and stopped working. Heart rate monitor not dependable. Not the easiest device to sync.

Its ok but music must have subscribers to recommended sites and voice talk constantly stops working.

Response is a little slow, sometimes need to push left button to see anything; time, icons... Not very intuitive. Ok for the price.

Daughter has gotten a few of these fitbit watches and they always seem to break - or atleast she says they do. Not sure if it is the watch or her.

I bought this as an upgrade from an old fitbit. I like the look of it but it does not track my heartrate during my weightlifting exercises. It will read on and off. At times it will show fat burn and then looking again after a set, it show the heart with no numbers. If you look at fitbits support, this is known issue and I have yet to see a fix for it. Do some more research on the other models before buying this one.

Adequate smart watch but requires daily charging. Worked well for a year, but now requires frequent charging.

I will never buy another Fitbit device again. They average about a year in lifespan, just after warranty expires. This is the third Fitbit I have bought that has completely went out just after warranty. Ridiculous! As much as I love the app, I’ll be shopping for another brand this year. If you’re ok with replacing your device annually, this brand is perfect for you.

fitbit needs to work on their app. it doesn't interact with versa was at all. if you have a versa, DO NOT get a versa 2. fitbit still has work to do on their app.

The button you push to see the time barely sticks out and you have to use your finger nail and press hard... so annoying. It has ma asleep if I'm watching TV

you will charge every 4 days and that's basically using nothing, checking stats only every now and then. The default watchface doesn't show batter life. it's ok

Device and app worked great, but the device did break within a year and was a hassle to get replaced via the manufacturer's warranty.

Worked fine at first. Had it 2 weeks touch screen started not responding. And I kept getting Fitbit icon for no reason, End of week 3 it got sent back to Fitbit.
