Customers are saying

Customers appreciate the Versa 2's ease of use, long battery life, and accurate sleep tracking capabilities. Many also highlight the positive aspects of its step tracking, various features, and reasonable price. While some users mention issues with the band's quality and occasional connectivity problems, the positive feedback on core functionalities outweighs these concerns. The watch's design and screen size also receive praise.

This does what I need it to do for the most part. I dont really care that I cannot read my text messages on it. I have to use my phone to read any message.

The watch is all good. The issue is that it cannot be used as a child watch, only with parent account. Poor setup flexibility by Fitbit.

I liked it, but mine stopped functioning properly within 6 months. Touch screen stopped working, which from searching online is common to this watch. Had it not stoped working would have rated better. Though functionality is limited compared to my daily driver Samsung Galaxy watch, it was comfortable to wear and Battery life was good.

Very well made to include its functionality however even though it's says 40mm for some reason it looks smaller than the other brands.

I loved it when it worked. Have had it 2 months and all of a sudden it quit responding to touch and would not turn on when wrist turned. Now it won't even respond when the button is pushed. Already outside Best Buy's return policy so I contacted fitbit and after trying all their solutions they are shipping me a new pebble. Hope it lasts longer than this one. This was never submerged in water, I wore it all the time except to charge, I workout daily and sweat, but nothing out of the ordinary to cause it to just stop working all of a sudden. It was working fine...overnight something happened and just quit. IF it happens again I will ask for a full refund and buy the Samsung watch I should've bought in the first place.

After a while the screen kept freezing up and wasn't able to do anything. It was still under warranty, but close to expiring. It was difficult to figure out how to turn it in under warranty. After finally talking to someone they tried different fixes over the phone. When that didn't work they replaced it with a refurbished one.

The first watch I got would not set up, returned it and got a second one. Next, I tried using my laptop to re sync, but it would never pair even though it initially said it was paired. I switch to my cell phone and was able to pair and sync. Third, I didn't like the display that comes with the watch, but apparently if you want to switch it will cost you. When I bought the watch I was told that you can switch displays, but they didn't tell me it would cost me more.

I bought this watch because it was rated to be the best for health stats. I was really looking forward to it monitoring my oxygen levels. Previously I owned an Apple Watch 3, but the screen broke due to an accident. As soon as I set up the watch I began to notice problems. It was complicated to figure out setting up a screen. You have to pay for different styles of display. All of the displays looked childish and cheap. Half of the displays were for other versions of other watches. I grew increasingly frustrated trying to find just ONE that would work! None of the displays were what I needed, with an oxygen sensor. It turns out the oxygen sensor is no longer functioning. So this watch does NOT do what it is advertised for. I would never recommend this watch to anyone.

This is my third Fitbit. They work good when they work, but seem to have a short life. After about 12 months the last 2 have stopped working.

I took my $35 dollar smart watch (I purchased from Amazon), to Geek Squad. I couldn’t get it to function. They suggested a FitBit. I went to 3 other stores, and due to the pricing and product support at Best Buy, I returned to Best Buy and purchased it Thrilled with my purchase!!!
