Great fitness and sleep tracker. Questionable longevity.

This watch did not offer the same functionality or versatility that the Samsung smart watches do.

It was more difficult to set up then My Charge 3.Still learning to add to it .Wish I waited and got the Versa 3 or Charge 4

This watch has worked well. Now all of a sudden it’s going haywire. I’ve had it since April 2021.

Loved this tracker for 4 months. The heartbeat sensor just quit working. I restarted, I did hard reset, turned heartbeat off and on. Nothing worked. I watched videos and checked out the problem on the internet. Lots of people have this same problem and they all say that fitbit does not have a good answer for this and to get a new one, they are not real speedy. If the heartbeat monitor is important to you at all..... look elsewhere.

I think they like it havent asked but they use it everyday so who knows

I like the fact that you can program the watch with different faces as often as you like but unfortunately they don't all work on the watch.

I am happy to be away form the whole Apple watch , however my Fitbit Blaze was a better fitness tracker than the versa 2 .

The silicone band is cheap. It broke after the second day. The watch itself is good..

Do NOT waste your money! Does not last long, bought Fitbit for the last 7 years and they are good for only a year. Sent Versa 2 back to Fitbit Co, but now I will be without it for a month or longer with snail mail shipping. They have tracking and can see that I returned it, but they will not provide me with replacement until received. They are replacing mine with a used refurbished product because the battery got over heated and burned my skin. Would not recommend them as their customer service is awful. Takes a week to return, 2 weeks for them to realize they received it and then they take a week to 10 days to send a replacement. The watch went black after they Fitbit did an update. The battery charger is temperamental. Not to mention expensive and only lasts one year. Looking for a new smartwatch leaving Fitbit for good. Called three times and same script. They will not mail the product until they receive the broken Versa 2. Making me think they are fixing and then returning. Bottom line cheaply made product and WORSE Customer Service.

Nothing really bad or good to say. Shipping took forever. Delivery date changed twice but I still got it before Christmas

Very useful and reliable. It is a worthy fitness tracker, however as a smartwatch it is generic and has limited functionality.

Good tracker watch. Accuracy of mileage with connected GPS is poor. Music controls of connected player is inconsistent.

This watch is okay but you cannot listen to music from the actual watch, you cannot answer and speak on phone calls through this watch, and most of the tracking apps require you to sign up for their monthly membership at the price of $9.99. I already bought the watch - I don't want to pay extra for a membership. It also severely lacks what other smartwatches on the market have while yielding a high price tag. It's a no for me!

The item it self is good the only this is the plastic wristband adjutant my skin. Other than that its a good product.

I got this to replace my versa when it died. Does the job, but I was expecting something better than the original versa. It's not.

Won’t update and it keeps disconnecting from the phone

Battery needs charging every few days. Like the options for watch face.

Got This for my wife because its what she wanted. It does what they said or she would have complained. Happy wife happy life.
