This watch way over reports steps. It is a horrible sleep tracker. Often it told me that it didn't have a consistent heart rate at night even know I could see my heart rate all night. The app store is sorely lacking compared to true competitors. The only thing going for this watch is it's automatic workout detection and Fitbit's wonderful app.

This was my first fit bit. It does great for what it's supposed to. Would like to see one that has more features for calls/texts.

Good when it works but stopped taking a charge. Supposed to last a long time but had it 6 months .

Didn't like the quality of the watch. Very cheap feel. Not a fan of the square shape. Would rather have a higher end Garmin that lasts 15+ days on a single charge. Purchased 11-30-2019 but returned shortly after. This watch shouldn't cost more than $75, not $200+. Don't buy this save your money for something better!

I guess thus one is working but it is bulky and needs to be charged every few days. Sleep data does not seem reliable tbh.

I bought this for my wife. It worked great for a few months. Then every other day she was handing it to me saying it won’t sync. I would have to spend an hour fiddling with it. Disconnect the reconnect. Log out then log in. Delete app reinstall. After 6 months tossed it to the side. Apple Watch not a problem since.

Purchased my second FitBit 09/24/21 and the heart rate tracker stopped working this week. I was hoping it would last me at least a year as my other one did. Very disappointed as I workout regularly and I rely on my Fitbit to keep track of my workouts and stats.

Battery is going to be a problem , as it keeps less and less of a charge, dying faster and sooner as time goes on.

So I have been with Fit Bit for about seven years now when they first came out I love their products but the more they try to keep up with the new technology the quality of the product is horrible it won’t connect this was the second one that I purchased that would not charge I’ve just had a very horrible experience with Fitbit.

I’m never buying another Fitbit ever again. After the most recent iPhone update it stopped getting text notifications. Now it is randomly deleting my voicemails before I can even listen to them? When I contacted Fitbit support they said there was nothing they can do to obtain the voicemails I received. Apparently you can’t get a Fitbit refund if it’s been more than 45 days. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy this stupid overpriced pedometer.

Quite a learning curve compared to my previous watch. It may be user error! I like what I can do so far.

I use to love it. But after a month i was not able to get my text messages. I try everhing to get my text., but no luck.

Returned and Upgraded to a sense. Felt should just get the watch with more features.

Wish I could find a tutorial the I can help me get the apps that I want to work ...but I have tried and was unsuccessful.

This is your typical fitness watch. I thought that it would do more than my previous HR Charge and am a bit disappointed.

Works great at first. Sometimes it will not detect the heart rate which is annoying. Rather go with samsung watch.

I didn't like it, I don't recommend it to everyone, we have different tastes, but not personal. I didn't like it.

Didn't love the Fitbit Versa and now the Fitbit Versa 2. The screen is slow to respond and the app is lacking.

Versa 2 Fit Bit watch works Great! But “band” does not work very well! Have difficulty getting it on! Loop is just not right!

Overpriced for the problems that come with it. Sync problems still there (been there since they started the business). Updating takes longer than what they say because of the sync problems. Collect steps even when your not walking. The only good thing it's comfortable to wear and the voice text is interesting. I really wouldn't recommend it to anyone who is easily frustrated.
