Customers are saying

Customers appreciate the Versa 2's ease of use, long battery life, and accurate sleep tracking capabilities. Many also highlight the positive aspects of its step tracking, various features, and reasonable price. While some users mention issues with the band's quality and occasional connectivity problems, the positive feedback on core functionalities outweighs these concerns. The watch's design and screen size also receive praise.

I bought it. Wish I didn't. But I did. So, I will make the best of it. You are better using your money if you just buy the smaller less fancy ones. The Alexa only works if the app is open on your phone and most of the time my phone cannot find the device to sync the information. You can get a "call" but not talk into your watch to speak to them, you still need to get your phone. Not worth it. Sorry.

I bought this for my gorlfriend who has alot of medical problems that keep her from doing alot. She is doing more now and enjoying it because she is setting goals with the watch. She utilizes hers more than i do mine. Best investment ever!!

So as a watch, it's great. I love that I can change the watch face and the heart beat and walk sensor works well. I love the cloth band. It's my favorite thing. My issue... the sleep tracker is off. It does not calculate sleep at all. So if you are actually trying to watch how you sleep, this does not work. Go with different fitbit. I'd go back to the charge 2 if I didn't crack the screen.

I had to return it because it kept making my wrist itch. I tried cleaning the band with alcohol, peroxide, and even switched the band to the larger one and still had the same results. I previously owned the Fitbit Versa before it gave out, but I didn’t have a problem with it irritating my skin like the Versa 2. Maybe I should try a different type of band.

I am disappointed with this watch. I have had a Blaze for 3 years, with no screen protector. Not one scratch. I have had this Versa 2 for one week and there are multiple scratches. I doubt Best Buy will take it back, but I will try. Why did Fitbit lower their screen quality? Not happy at all.
