Customers are saying

Customers appreciate the Versa 2's ease of use, long battery life, and accurate sleep tracking capabilities. Many also highlight the positive aspects of its step tracking, various features, and reasonable price. While some users mention issues with the band's quality and occasional connectivity problems, the positive feedback on core functionalities outweighs these concerns. The watch's design and screen size also receive praise.

After several very frustrating conversations with FITBIT support I’ve concluded that they only collect the GPS data for generating the map and are relying solely on the distance per step function of the Versa 2 for distance. This makes this product largely useless to serious runners who don't want to have to do the data processing manually.

I have been using Fitbit since it came out. The only advice I would give is a screen protector. I scratched the screen for the first time, but it's not that noticeable but really should have gotten one for this.

This product is very similar to the Blaze, but the band has continuously caused irritation to my skin on my wrist. As a result, it makes it unable to wear and therefore use. I will have to purchase a new band if I want to continue its use, but I'm disappointed that I have to spend additional funds in order to use a fairly pricey item.

    Defect after defect

When it works, it's just fine. I had to replace my original watch via warranty after four months, when it would not recognize Alexa commands. Today, the face became unresponsive to touch or swipe. I chatted with Fitbit to try to fix it, but they determined it is defective (again). Since the watch is now out of warranty, they refused to repair/replace it. BUT they did offer me 35% off of another Fitbit purchase. That offer will go unused, as I will never buy another Fitbit product again. The credit card that I used to purchase the watch offers a one year extension to the warranty, so I will attempt to get the watch replaced, or, hopefully will receive a refund so that I can buy a quality smartwatch that stands behind its quality.

    Fitbit Customer Service Awful

I have only had my Versa 2 for four months. The touch screen stopped working. I have had numerous emails, chat, and phone calls with Fitbit over the last 8 days. I have had to jump though hoops to try to get my watch fixed under warranty. Today I gave up. I have provided videos, my actual receipt, and have repeated my issue over and over. I still have no answer to my issue. Reset it four times, then four more times. They will not help. They try to get the customer to give up. I should have bought an Apple Watch. I have been a Fitbit customer since 2012, but never again! Buyer beware.
