Customers are saying

Customers appreciate the Versa 2's ease of use, long battery life, and accurate sleep tracking capabilities. Many also highlight the positive aspects of its step tracking, various features, and reasonable price. While some users mention issues with the band's quality and occasional connectivity problems, the positive feedback on core functionalities outweighs these concerns. The watch's design and screen size also receive praise.

I bought this for my spouse as a gift and she complained that the performance is very slow and I returned this to Bestbuy again. I will stay away from Fitbit brand.

I bought the FITBIT VERSA2 SMARTWATCH. IT LASTED ME 1 YEAR AND 6 MONTHS, ALWAYS LOST BLUETOOTH CONNECTION. I WILL NOT BUY ANOTHER ONE. I JUST BOUGHT APPLE SE AND AM VERY PLEASED WITH IT. PAY THE EXTRA AND TALK TO ZAC!

Stopped working a week into wearing it. I contacted Fitbit who said I could return it to Best Buy or wait for shipping label. Best Buy tried to charge me the difference in the sale price and the full price. Should have waited on the shipping label

    Never buying another Fitbit

I will never buy another Fitbit product. I was so excited for this watch it seemed like everything I was looking for, There were at first little things like keeping it connected to the Bluetooth but nothing too bad. Then it started to jump my resting heart rate by 10 bpm. I blew that off due to the amount of stress lately and lack of access to gyms to work off the energy. Silicon band left friction burns on my wrist but when I loosened it the watch fell off (almost lost it three times before the extra bands came). Now, the screen has come off the watch after the warranty has expired. (Side note my 11yr old has a burn on wrist now. )

Great as a fitness tracker but wish it had more capabilities that tie to the phone. Far cry from an Apple Watch but good value for basic fitness tracker

I bought this so called Fitbit versa 2 special edition watch just this January 11 thinking it was good but it’s already just been 4 months and it didn’t make it. Watch stopped completely and won’t charge anymore. Now I can’t exchange it.

    Burned up in 8 months

This has been my Favorite FitBit I have ever owned. It’s beautiful and fits great. BUT, after only 8 months it burned up. What I mean is one morning I felt my arm burning and when I looked at my watch it had a bright green screen then a static one and was getting hotter. I took it off and saw a red burn mark on my arm. ( like a sun burn) Best won’t exchange due to it being 8 months. Called Fitbit and they are going to refund me. I saw online several people posted in Fitbit forums that this same thing happened to them. A Bad batch of watches got out? Fitbit had no answers. Returned it to Fitbit. Now waiting for refund.

Basically just stopped working 2 weeks in. Totally charged. Just fried out. Not worth the effort to get fixed as the information it provided was very spotty at best, and syncing was a challenge from the start

Figured this would be a good way to see if she would take proper care of an Apple Watch before spending the money. She loves it.

For a sports activity watch it’s not designed for the active world in my opinion. A fall, or putting the watch on and it slips make sure you’re on carpet. Bestbuy didn’t offer a extended warranty and they don’t repair, or fix cracked screens. When you do purchase one, be sure to get a case for it ASAP! Fitbit won’t do anything to assist without the extended warranty. Being able to send it in and pay just to have the screen replace. Good luck with that. The one year warranty is more like a loose our number.

Watch was too wide for a woman’s small wrist. The back was too rounded and she couldn’t keep it from sliding around on her wrist. We returned it and purchased a Fitbit versa lite. Head was flatter and smaller and she loves it.

Dont do it!!!! My wife had the Versa . It lasted a year and finally gave out ( touch screen failed). I figured I would get the Versa 2. She had it 1 DAY and the screen went out. She reset it according to FITBIT and still would not work .. We took it back and got a new one. This new one the MIC would not work.So FITBIT walked us through reset and update procedures. Nothing worked. After the update it would not even TURN ON anymore. So all FITBIT said was. " Return it, buy another brand". WTH FITBIT CS told me buy a different brand lol...and we did Samsung.. Best choice...
