I'm so disappointed. I've had this watch for a while and actually tried to return not too long after I purchased the watch, but unfortunately missed the deadline to return. I've had other Fitbits and really enjoyed the product. I used to be able to receive text message but have not be able to do so. Also, with as many times as I have cleaned the banned and the watch itself, it has a horrible odor. I have read on the fibit page that this has happened with other people as well (keep in mind i clean this watch everyday). I wish I would have been able to return or purchased a different product. Don't waste your time.

not worth the money when that app you have to used doesnt work most of the time after a month of having the watch it stops syncing to the app unless you do it yourself. Last Fitbit i will buy.

This was a gift to my wife. The product does not keep some of the features accurate. Plus she has to wear it so far up on the arm to get it to work some what right. So if you buy one, good luck.

I could not get this to work with my phone well enough in order to use it. It is great for someone who has a better phone or iphone.

Bought one a little over a year ago. Had some connectivity issues, mild annoying but manageable. Never could get the Spotify app to work consistently. Unfortunately, the heart rate monitor has stopped working, and just after I spent money on a new wrist band because the old one broke. I bought a fitbit to monitor my HR mainly, and it doesn't even do that. Have tried all sorts of fixes, nothing works. Barely lasted a year. Total garbage. Never buying fitbit again. The smart watch market has too much competition to put up with this nonsense.

I was wearing this not even three weeks and the battery life starts to go down. Now I'm one month out and it only lasts 30hrs. Can't replace so you have to buy a new one. Would not buy this again.

Bought for girlfriend vecuase she's been wanting a wat h to use for running. After 3 days of wear, we started to notice a rash on her wrist where the metal clasp touches the skin. The rash was red, dry and produced bumps that was almost like scales. Appearently this is something that has become more frequent with smart watches. We contacted FitBit and were told to just wash the area constantly and only use the watch when exercising smh. Returned to FitBit for a refund (that we are still waiting on). Do not recommend buying, and has turned us off from smart watches.

Purchased for my boyfriend since he is pretty active and the features looked to be useful. Keep in mind this watch has no speaker so he can see when a call is coming in and answer the call but no voice is heard on the other callers end. So no use of the phone alerts. Music either unless you sign up for the app with a premium to pay. Also he noticed that he had steps while sleeping and turns out if you move your arm with a walking motion then it counts steps for You so not an accurate reading on steps. Disappointed honestly I would return it.

My watch stopped working after less than a year of use. Would not recommend this version of firbit.

They claim it does EKG but no. Counts steps when you are driving and they haven't fixed it in 6 years! The notifications don't seem to work and it's not easy to work with. Considering returning the product.

It’s ok, I would not buy it again. For the price paid I thought it could be linked to the phone to check messages but it does not. My fault for not reading features.

I had a Fitbit a long time ago and recently got this. I'm not happy with this product at all, the band burnt my wrist and I have a mark left. I will be contacting the company to hopefully resolve the issue

This is my second versa, but this one doesn’t seem as good as the first one. The battery dies quickly, the phone calls don’t always come through. I probably will not get another versa.

some days it doesn't track all the steps other days it doesn't track the event time...have no idea why and their support staff is useless Probably will return it and try for the new model v 3.

I've had issues on & off since I first bought this but it wasn't a big deal since it still worked. Out of nowhere today, it just stopped syncing. I've tried turning my bluetooth off & then back on, restarting the app, restarting my phone & even factory reset the watch. My phone finds it but once I enter the 4 digit code, it just stops. For the price point & then brand name, this watch should work more reliably. I'll be returning this for a different brand.

When it worked; it was great. Now that it won’t even charge, I’m on the phone with Fitbit now. Fingers crossed that they play fair. This watch is too expensive for these kind of problems.

Within a few months there were problems with this device. It would not keep track of my activities. Now at 11 months the screen has gone totally black. It was a gift and a disappointment

So I brought this watch in the hope to track my fitness better but most importantly my running. After many runs, I saw that even if I ran the same track over and over there was a 0.1 -0.5-mile difference between my run length. I would stop at the same spot over and over and it was always different. Not good for tracking. Also something the watch would cancel my run mid-run so data wouldn't be collected.

Won't pair, drops connection, won't notify when calls or texts are received. Alexa does not consistently work. Tried to update and re-add and nothing helps.

This is my first smartwatch I bought. It's OK, but honestly, compared to other smartwatch brands, there's not much to do with this one.
