I had the Versa 2 for a few days, I do a lot of typing at work. Every time I type it put in some steps. When I looked up this issues on the FITBIT online app community, one of the answers were -to help avoid this was to put the watch in your pocket while typing lol. I didn't buy this watch to wear in my pocket. One morning I woke up, and it already had 210 steps...from being on the charger. I was also going to be joining challenges in groups, and I knew this was not going to work unfortunately. I'd be winning everyday!!

The band broke already. It should not have ripped or broke within 30 days of purchase. I am highly disappointed.

This is my 3rd Fitbit and will probably be my last due to short life span. I have gotten only about a year from each due to sweat from light workouts.

Not that the watch is bad it does its job well. But it doesn't do everything a smart watch should do like link to all of your messenger programs and or email.

Functions and features are great, but wish it worked with more music services. Also, it died after 9 months so that brings the quality into question.

It has trouble doing a lot of the stuff it advertises. For example, half the time I can't actually play music from it because it can't connect to my Spotify account.

Not what i expected. It has no sound asks only dis plays calls. The app is not as detailed as I hoped. It's basic and I'd rather just buy a smart watch.

The product is fine. I'm mad at myself for purchasing at Best Buy and giving out my Social security #. Won't buy anything here again, as long as that is required.

This is my second one. Each one has had poor life. The first one died after about a year. This one only lasted 9 months. I loved the functionality, but refuse to continue to pay for a product that does not last.

Like it more than an Apple Watch, battery burns pretty quick when you have a pic on it.

Not happy with it. Have been trying to update for the last five days. Will not update. Did everything in the help section. Still will not update.

Working perfectly fine for about 2 years. Then wouldn’t hold a charge

Not happy with this purchase, the time keeps getting off sync, not very reliable Had hi hopes but unfortunately didn’t live to the expectations.

Got this for my son for Christmas he loves it. I just might get myself one.

I will not buy Fitbit again. The Alexa app constantly says Connection Lost, even when it says my watch was synced recently. I bought it in April 2020, wearing it only 3 days a week for work, and by September, it locked up on a software update. I sent it out for a replacement since it's under the manufacturers warrantee. Now, it's 3 weeks later and it hasn't even arrived at the facility. FedEx just picked it up yesterday, around 18 days after I sent it in.

After about 1-1/2 months, I returned the Fitbit Versa Smartwatch. It would not sync properly, even after doing two factory resets. Also could not get it to update the latest software. I just got tired of trying to get this watch to work properly. Fitbit is not new to me, I originally had the Charge and upgraded to the Fitbit Blaze. I upgraded again to this Fitbit Versa 2 and was very disappointed. I returned the Fitbit Versa 2 on 12/16/2019 and exchanged to the Apple Series 4 Watch.

Pretty good it was a gift they loved it, couldn’t get them off of it all day

Not satisfied with the watch, would not recommend !. Just basic features with a big price tag..No gps or other goodies !

The facing came out of the casing in less than a year.
