    Poor interface. SpO2 stopped working. A lot of unusable features (Deezer, really?). Didnt know you can move your pinky and its recorded as a step. Didnt like the band attachment process. Turned off the Alexa feature because I found it to be super invasive; but when it was in use it rarely worked anyway. Cant listen to Spotify unless my cellphone is nearby. Just not a useful device.

    Watch does not always sinc steps accurately.

    I frequently have to reset this watch as it does not sinc steps or other activities. It seems to get stuck and when starts up again it does not recover the lost information. It is very frustrating for this to occur and even resetting the watch doesn't eliminate the problem. I would not recommend buying this watch again. I should have returned it earlier but I kept thinking the glitch was rectify itself.

    the watch wouldn't connect with the app most of the time. Orther than that ok watch. I like the previous fitbit better.

    bought in June 14, 2022, less then 2 years later, the watch has died. Within the 1 1/2 year mark, I had to replace the band that broke.

    Virtually Dead After 13 Months

    I bought this watch about 13 months ago - just outside the Manufacturer's warranty. Today, the display stopped working. No warning, the display just stopped working overnight. The fitbit itself is still working, it is communicating with my mobile phone, but is basically useless since most of the functionality I use is on the watch and not the mobile app.

    Samsung Galaxy S10+ users are not receiving text messages due some updates by Samsung, so they say. Waiting on fix!!!

    I don't recommend it. Purchased as a gift to my husband. Very little instruction on how to link with smartphone, then when finally set up, noticed after charging, would only last a day verses the 4 days it was supposed to last. 3 weeks in total used and now won't charge completely dead. Will be returning and won't purchase any Fitbit products. We will be looking into samsung instead.

    Worked great for a week. Then stopped syncing to the app. Exchange for the Rose Gold one and haven't had any issues
