I go way back with Fitbit to my original One. Customer service used to be outstanding. No more. Through our Aria, Blaze, and now Versa 2 the company has deteriorated to turning out poor quality and function, and backing that up with abhorrent customer service. Done with Fitbit.

Fit Bit Watch Bands are garbage.

I the hole that attaches the watch band to the watch is too close to the end causing the pin the tear the end of the band and the watch to fall of your wrist. If you purchase the watch know you will need additional watch bands at your cost.

Would not pair with my phone.

Directions said it was compatable with my phone. I returned first watch I received and was given another one just like the first one but could not get it to pair either. Returned 2nd watch and had it deleted off my best buy credit card.

Some features stopped working after warranty ended

When it was just out of warranty and was told that it cannot be replaced. Maybe just a ply to disable to make people purchase an upgraded one. Been using the fitbit platform for over 7 years now. Guess time to move on!!

Tried calling store several times in regards to defective Fitbit and the fact Best But won’t offer insurance, but the store, Whitehall,Pa, that I’m calling, “is not taking calls at this location!!!”

Caused joint pain

My wrist joint swelled up and then it traveled down to my elbow knees and ankles. Seriously crazy that this can cause that much. Took the watch off for 3 days and all my pains are gone. No one will take it back now so beware!

We tried for a whole week to adjust the watch. It never counted steps right. When he slept with it on and woke up it said he had walked over 490 steps! We called fit bit and we we factory reset it numerous times. We finally gave up and returned it. So frustrating.
