I had high hopes for this Fitbit. The ratings were good and I loved the look of it and the listed functionality. Sadly, it didn't work and I didn't want to exchange it, in case the replacement was as bad as this one. Returned and not recommended.

It doesn’t work with my iPhone and I’m very disappointed that I waited too long to return this watch.Sorry but this watch I would not recommend.

Don’t get me wrong. It’s a good product, but it only lasted a year and a half. Won’t buy again. Get an Apple Watch instead.

Not a good product for me. Pulse oximeter only works when you sleep, apps are clunky and sometimes don’t even work. I have nothing to say for durability or anything else because I returned it.

If anyone has issues with it, they are probably using an overrated, overpriced, and hugely monitored, proprietary Apple phone. I am using it on a Samsung. I connected it via wifi and it was done in less than 10 minutes. I have had other fitbits - ionic, versa lite - and they took short of forever to setup. Alexa appears to work flawlessly and every time. Swiping seems seamless. The only thing is that it appears to dim in low light, but gets bright enough when in a brighter setting. I hope that gets eliminated, but I would imagine it is to conserve battery. All notifications come in fast and every time. No disconnection issues. Perfect size on the wrist. Strap is also easy to take on and off, smooth to the touch, and the watch overall feels quite lite on the wrist. Tried it for a couple of minutes yesterday to quickly text how it monitors an actual exercise - weightlifting for me - and it appeared quite accurate. I have tried Garmin Fenix, Samsung Galaxy Watch, other Fitbits, etc. This unit is fitness oriented, but it is also more than proficient with regard to the ability to successfully receive texts, emails, and calls. Ask yourself, as an adult are you going to really bother with a bezel, talk into your watch, especially in public, and are you going to have a lot of time on your hands to play around with multiple apps? Better than 90 percent of your time you are going to take out your phone with a much bigger screen to handle data, calls, etc right there on the spot. This watch is excellent for 200 bucks.

Never got the app to work on my Mac, or even download. So I have no idea how the watch works. I was trying to save money but I ended up buying an Apple Watch anyway. No issues at all setting it up! I returned the Fitbit.

I haven't had my Fitbit a year and it is already broke. Screen randomly goes green or has lines through it like an old TV set. My old Fitbit lasted several years so I am very disappointed in the Versa 2.

My charger has never worked properly since the very first charge. So I have not even had the Versa 2 for a month and it won't charge. As I look on the fitbit site it seems they have this problem with a lot of the Versa 2's not charging.

Nice over-sized face on device. Found it frustrating to set up - found issue on support thread. The UI is not as simple as the Charge 3 ( that one worked ) - returned it with no problems to the store - awesome Best Buy - 1 week duration -

The watch doesn't keep a charge very long. It dies fast in an 8 hr work day. Constantly have to charge the watch.

Connectivity with Bluetooth lasted a lil over a month and now is a loss, can't return or exchange product which is terrible business will never buy from best buy Paid money for something that doesn't work it's irritating

Music apps won’t work. You have to keep syncing in order to get weather, have to keep syncing with alexia. Lots of apps don’t work as stated in the download section. Too many flaws in system and not enough space here to explain

I only had this watch for 5 months and it is giving all kinds of issues, have to charge the battery every 2 days, it is not swiping so the only thing you see is the time, will never get another one again switching to Apple

This watch worked fine for a while; however, it would no longer charge after a little over a month of use. I have a blaze and used it for 4 years. This watch can't compare.

Looks good, is very comfortable, and the phone calls through the watch sound good. But, it randomly stops tracking health functions.

Not happy with this purchase. The calories always start at 2,000 something and after the battery died at work, I couldn't reset the time. I don't use it anymore and I am sorry I bought this.

this was mt third versa and it kept messing up i finally switched to the apple watch I wasted so much money on the versa

This was given as a Christmas gift and it worked for 5 weeks before the touchscreen issues started. Performed a factory reset and still does not work. Can't swipe or tap the screen. Now I'm past the return date.

Purchased new! Came with someone else’s data loaded. Does not fully charge so I don’t know if the battery lasts 6 days.

Voice recognition didnt work well, text notifications didnt always come through, extra subscriptions, worst of all the heartbeat sensor was really inaccurate. Stay away, there's better options out there.
