Customers are saying

Customers appreciate the Versa 2's ease of use, long battery life, and accurate sleep tracking capabilities. Many also highlight the positive aspects of its step tracking, various features, and reasonable price. While some users mention issues with the band's quality and occasional connectivity problems, the positive feedback on core functionalities outweighs these concerns. The watch's design and screen size also receive praise.

    Great Watch!

I’ve only had the Versa 2 for a few days but love it! The look of the watch is very sleek, not nearly as bulky as the Charge 2 I was using. I even had it mistaken for an Apple Watch. The band is also a lot more comfortable than that of the Charge 2. The colors are vivid and I like the bigger screen. It’s easy to navigate and set up. Set up took me maybe 30 minutes at best using WiFi. I know a lot of people have said they have had a lot of trouble setting up the watch and the update was terrible, but my experience was the complete opposite! It couldn’t have been easier! I have to admit I don’t use the pay option and have yet to use Alexa but as for a fitness and sleep tracker it is great! I like that you can change the clock faces, some of the options are little cheesy. The install for that was also very quick and easy. Overall, I’m happy I upgraded and would recommend to anyone!

Absolutely love this smartwatch. Very user friendly and long battery life. I bought this July 2020 and am just now (October 2024) having to replace it as it no longer will connect to my phone.

    Love Fitbit

Ok the great parr, i love fitbit i have owned multiple models for years, i finally decided to upgrade to the Versa 2 mainly for waterproof feature( other models had take off to shower). I also wanted something that more resembled a watch. I use it for gym/workout tracking and it is accurate for heart rate and steps. Now the BAD PART - THE BAND/BANDS that come with the Versa 2 are pure garbage. They are cheap, uncomfortable, and look like they should be on a flea market 5$ watch not something that is near 200$. Come Fitbit i find it hard to believe that someone high up approved these lol. They should be fired. So for this i take away what would be a 5 star review because the Fitbit platform i love along with the fitbit community/ app but these bands are the Chrysler K car of watch bands. Get it together Fitbit.

    Has issues, BUT...

Fitbits have their issues, but my Versa 2 caught a heart problem by catching a change in my heart rate, and saying I did not have afib. I brought this to my doc, and he confirmed everything the Versa told me. So I am off to a cardiologist to find out exactly what is going on. The Versa caught this before I even felt there was a problem, catching a potential heart problem earlier. So, despite its issues, I love my Fitbit!

For the price, I got my money's worth. I'd give it 5 stars buttttt 1. it stopped working and screen went black with lines like a tv when it goes out 2. crashed right at a year I'd just bought a bunch of bands I was so sad. my daughters gifted me another one for Mother's Day, keeps battery though for at least 4 active workdays. display always bright and calculates perfectly. the Fitbit versa2 is still 3/25/24 my favorite smart watch health tracker yet 'today I'm in the same boat' the screen went out on my second one. so, I now am learning the Fitbit charge 6 and so far, this is the reason I'm leaving 3 stars because I want my versa screen look and display.

Like the watch not the band.

Really like this watch and its capabilities. Plus Best Buy gave a good price. The only negative is the band--hard to fasten and watch tends to twist on the wrist--out if it's recommended position. I worry that the frequently twisted position on the wrist might not allow the watch to get accurate readings, but readings seem reasonable.

Price was good and delivery time was as well. Still trying to sync everything up without having to purchase the premium account. Would give fitbit a 5 star if not for that. Of note, make sure you purchase one that fits your needs especially if you do not need the next best thing, Choose wisely.

DONT BUY THIS WATCH IF YOUR A RUNNER

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

So let me start by saying I love fitbit for everyday purposes. It encourages me to get moving and reach my step goal. I got my watch in February 2020 and at the time I was very happy with it. But over the quarantine I started going on runs, and it wasn’t til recently when I started running with other people that I realized the watch is about a half mile off and it has also recently started saying that my average pace is always 10:35. This has start to become very frustrating and the only thing the watch is actually accurate on is my time. If you intend on getting a watch for running I would recommend getting either a Garmin or an Apple because although they are more expensive I think it’s worth it. I think I’m going to get a Garmin for my runs but I will probably keep my watch for just wearing during the day because there are a lot of things I love about it. For example you can change the clock face to look like just about anything, and there are tons of interchangeable bands and I just love the community and competitiveness within the fitbit app. If you just want a watch for wearing everyday or to keep you moving then this might be good for you.

    Calories count are inaccurate

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

It’s a good smartphone for basic fitness like counting your steps. However, when it comes to do a workout, the amount of calories burn does not add up. I use under Armour map my run app and I could go on a 3 miles run and burn over 300 calories while with the Fitbit I would burn an average of 220 calories or I could be doing a 45 minutes workout on a Fitbit and burn 100 calories but burn over 400 calories using under Armour map my run. Also, at the end of the day I would turn off my Fitbit before going to bed and during the night it would randomly fall on the floor on its own in the middle of the night. Even when I’m not wearing the Fitbit, I would put it on my desk, it would count the steps on its own. I wished it would be a little flat and smaller.

    Lightweight smart watch

This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

Good enough for the price, and I really only used it to check my heart rate, steps, and timer. I liked that I could change the watch face. I recommend a metal bracelet type band to replace the original rubber, and some kind of screen protector since it scratches pretty easy. I had it for over 4 years until it stop working.

    Heart rate monitor unreliable

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

I really like my Versa 2 but I have one major complaint about it: the heart rate monitor is completely unreliable at high intensities. I do HIIT-based cardio and monitor my heart rate throughout my workout. When I check my heart rate at the highest intensities, it is anywhere from 30-50 BPMs lower than the machine read. It's evident from the app charts that it's not even coming close to my max intensity and it essentially renders it useless. It's really disappointing because it's about the only thing I really care about on the watch.
