Stopped Working After A Week

Love them and have worn the crap out of them. Got this new one and it stopped working after a week. Gave up and got an Apple Watch 4 as I was able to download a Sleep app for that. May return to Fitbit when they come out with something that can compare with the Apple watch because I'm sick of charging the Apple Watch twice a day to use for Sleep tracking.

It has everything I wanted in a fitness tracker. It's not a smart watch like the Apple or android but has just enough smart capability for my needs- calendar, spotify, readable texts, spotify among other useful apps. The only downside for ke is the size of the band. The one it comes with is just a bit too small and the second one included in the pack is a bit too long. Minor issue but worth noting.

It lets you see your text messages and see who is calling without have to look at your phone. With the built in Alexa you can ask for specific things and most of the time it has an answer. My only complaint is it is very sensitive to steps..it records steps from your wrist movement as I can be driving and it tells me I've taken steps. Not sure if the sensitivity can be adjusted.
