Not to expectations

Otherwise the ease of use and navigation of the instructions (which were to small to read easily) was very difficult. Unable to change the face without downloading (why?) I've purchased less expensive fitness smartwatches that were much easier to set up, change face, and navigate through the instructions, and they worked fine. Having to take the band off to charge was very inconvenient and I'm sure over time, ware and tear would take over. I don't really like writing negative reviews, and I've seen some very positive reviews about this smartwatch. But after it was returned, a review was included in my Best Buy email. I'm sure Fitbit makes great products, but this one was not to my expectation.

I upgraded from the Alta to the Versa 2 and I’m happy that I did. Although I can’t talk from my watch, I like being able to answer and decline calls from it. I was concerned about the size and weight difference but it’s not really noticeable now. It does require more charging than the Alta, but it does so much more, so it’s expected.
