The guys at Best Buy were so helpful and follow the selection and purchase all the way. Knowledgable explanations help me to make a selection. Versa 2 is great smart watch. I had Fitbit before and Versa 2 is an upgrade. Need all I need and I can continue to use the app on the phone.

It sometimes has trouble connecting, even though I am near my phone. Other than that, it works well and suits my purpose for heart rate and other tracking. A note if you are upgrading from version one: the same bands fit both but not the same chargers.

At a time where products like this are in great demand, it was instantly available. I love being able to order online and pick up a few hours later. I have always had great experiences with Best Buy and will continue to do business with them in the future.

Delicate watch

It is extremely vulnerable to day to day activities. I dropped my watch in the bathroom. From the sink to the floor and the watch the finished. Screen wasn't even cracked, and yet the screen is showing only half with a green smudge on the other half. Do NOT buy this watch without a warranty
