    It's been great, but most of the features I do not use. And I don't pay for subscriptions to be able to access/use the other features. I've only had to contact Fitbit once when it lost connection to an app on how to get it back. Directions could be greatly improved.

    Bought this watch online as gift for my dad on Father’s Day. He absolutely doesn’t go any where without his Fitbit, he loves it so much lol. Also the process of purchasing the watch, and as well as curbside pickup was extremely convenient and smooth. 10/10 for the product, customer service, and overall experience.

    The Fitbit Versa 2 is exactly what I need in a fitness tracking watch. I love the personalization and compatibility that it has. I honestly know there are "more" features with the new Versa 3 but the 2 does everything I need it to do and more. This is a great buy.
