The watch is great; I'm able to customize what data I want shown very easily, and it's not bulky or uncomfortable! The woven band is much more breathable than the silicone ones, and still durable. Only con is the charging mount. The cord is short, and the mount itself doesn't lie flat (bit of a nuisance). Otherwise, a great fitness watch!

I had the Versa 1, which ended up bricking about 1.5 years after purchase, so I took a shot with the Versa 2. I've had this watch for about 6 months and it is OK. I won't give it 5 stars because of the following two items: 1) It black screened twice, which I had to do hard resets to fix. This was scary seeing as my Versa 1 went permanently black and could not be fixed. 2) I don't like how Fitbit charges users a subscription for me to view certain data, such as sleep restlessness and sleeping heartrate. The watch is capturing my personal data, so I should be able to access it.

This watch was amazing. I would keep purchasing it if needed.

Great instrument to get my fat butt motivated! I like the display as it’s bright once the side button is pushed. I also like the fact that this is black-low key, not flashy. I set a goal, and try to meet or exceed it daily. I am a senior citizen and have trouble with my legs. The Fitbit gives me a reason to move more and more.

My previous Versa lasted 1 1/2 years which was disappointing but I loved it so purchased this new one. Love all the options but seem to not be able to get it to give me all my texts and other notifications I have set up. Also I have a location for weather I can not get rid of. I do still like it and hope it lasts longer than the previous one.

Highly recommended for those who do a lot of activities and want that extra feel of accomplishing something right and their fingertips without burying their face in a phone to get to it. For the features and controls it has, I love it. I can be more personable without looking like I am always on my phone .

This is a quality fitness watch. Does most everything we need. If you don't have the most recent android, it can be difficult to sync. The included instructions are very poor and without help from YouTube we most likely would have returned it.

This is my 2nd Fitbit. I wanted to upgrade to keep more accurate data of my journey to fitness. this Versa 2 Smartwatch is versatile and helps keep me on track to my goals. I use the sleep mode, as well as Alexa and I have the Premium plan so I can access additional exercise and meditation modes. Great upgrade!

This little watch has nice features. Like weather and awards when there is an achievement like walking 75 miles. Had a bit of trouble changing watch band to the longer band but managed by watching demo on the internet. It is inspiring me to do more exercise.

My older Fitbit died on me after several years of use, so I decided that this time I would get a higher end Fitbit. I have not regretted it. It gives me so much more information than my Charge 2 and I believe it is more accurate in calorie counting and step counting. I certainly recommend this step up!

I bought this for my mom as a Birthday Gift and she kind of had trouble connecting her phone to it but after several attempts she was finally able to do it and helps her to get up and move around a lot more and when I got mine that is when she decided she wanted one so I bought her one. So far so good.

This watch is awesome! I love the wristband that came with it and it also came with an extra band, which was awesome. The only pitfall that I have found is that it says that you can get notifications about text messages and calls on the watch and I haven't been able to use that feature or figure out how it works.

Does what it's supposed to do. You can't answer calls or texts but i personally don't care, I bought it for the notifications purpose. You can read texts & emoticons. Notifications works well, just stay within Bluetooth distance or else. Price point is reasonable for what your getting.

Love my new fitbit Versa. Easy to use and to setup

Absolutely love the Fitbit - Versa 2! I was originally concerned the screen would be too large and bulky but it is more comfortable than my old Fitbit Charge. I did buy a cover to go over the screen which I am pretty sure has saved the screen since I am fairly rough on watches.
