I purchased this Smartwatch to keep track of activities, health and connect with calls/text. To achieve all of that it seems you have to subscribe to a "premium" service which either the sales person didn't know about or didn't tell me about. Right now I have a great watch that gives me minimal tracking such as, steps, heart beat and sometimes sleep activities. It will show if I have missed a call but I have my phone that tells me that and there is no answering/texting without the "premium" service. Not even sure what the "premium" subscription will offer. Claims battery life will last up to, key words up to, 6 days. I can get 2-3 days of battery. Not what I was hoping I was purchasing and wish I had taken it back within the 14 day period.

The firbit Versa2 was easy set up and comfortable.

The perfect gift for Mom and Mom-In-Law to help them achieve fitness goals and heart rate monitoring and all the features of a smart watch! Absolute Value!!

Works as advertised. Favorable review and like the applications. Downside is a lot of applications for Apple Watch are incompatible with the Fitbit watch. Would like to see more compatible apple watch applications that are fully operable on the Fitbit, but this is an Apple applications developer issue and not Fitbit.

Love how there is a minimum process to get started.

Bought it for my wife to track her health and have immediate access to texts and emails. She LOVES her watch. The statistics are easy to access and texts can be responded to without ever touching the phone. It was a great gift.

My older Fitbit was worn out and I wanted an upgrade. I got so much more than expected with the Fitbit Versa2. The ability to see the incoming calls from my phone and the ability to read and respond to my texts is awesome. I also use Alexa to set timers and reminders. I am thrilled with my purchase.

This is my Second Versa 2 Smartwatch. The Opted for a different color other than black. I was able to use the app to sync to my phone. Comes with band for fit larger wrist.

I really love it. At begining i was not sure to spend Money on this... but once i had it.. i was happy. I can respond my messages, i can know who email me. Even i am.not able to pick up phone calls i am.able to see who is calling me i pick up the phone call when are very importants while i am working..

fitbit Versa 2 is great just wish it had built in GPS

I upgraded from a Fitbit Charge 3 and just loving how it works. It was a little difficult for me to find all the settings, and the proper look I needed for nursing but it has been such a great switch.

I'm extremely disappointed with the Fitbit Versa 2 as it has stopped working after only a few months of use. At first, I was very satisfied with the watch's features, including its fitness tracking capabilities, sleep monitoring, and heart rate monitoring. However, after a few months, the watch stopped turning on altogether, and no amount of troubleshooting could fix the issue. Additionally, I found that the watch's battery life was not as long as advertised, and it often needed to be charged every other day, even with minimal use. This was very frustrating, especially when I wanted to use the watch for extended periods of time. The watch's software was also not very user-friendly, and I found it difficult to navigate through the menus and features. The watch often lagged when I tried to open apps, and sometimes it would freeze entirely, requiring a reset. Finally, the watch's design was also not very durable. The band that came with the watch began to wear down quickly, and the buckle started to loosen, making it difficult to keep the watch securely on my wrist. Overall, I would not recommend the Fitbit Versa 2 Smartwatch, as it has proven to be unreliable and not worth the investment. There are many other smartwatches on the market that offer better features, longer battery life, and more durable design, making the Fitbit Versa 2 a disappointing choice.

It works okay. The tracker is finicky and inaccurate quite a bit. The sleep feature is nice enough. I didn't think I'd want or need Premium but since there was a free trial I got it. I set up an alert to remember to cancel in case I didn't want it. I didn't get the alert or maybe I missed it. I really don't know. All I do know is that I was charged for the Premium and tried to cancel and get my money back and got a BIG FAT MIDDLE FINGER from Fitbit. I explained I didn't use or want the service and that it was a terrible mistake. They were pretty adamant and could care less. They didn't even offer to maybe track my activities to see that I was being honest. Nope. Bottom line: "We don't offer refunds on active subscriptions." That subscription fee was not in my budget so needless to say I found myself in a pickle. A very expensive mistake.

Love the watch and it’s a great price. Helps me accurately track my calories and heart rate. Only thing i dislike is that you cannot respond to text messages and when you rotate your wrist the screen does not always automatically turn on.

We are nurse and although it may seem unhygenic this really is a big help. It serves its purpose and keeps tab on everything that matters to you. I just wish that it has its alexa auto voice, so we wouldnt have to press the button, or we can actually reply on texts like bow apple watch does it. Other than that it is useful.

Love great rferancr and ease to use keeps u on tract

This is my 3rd fitbit. Meaning I upgrade every 2 years to the latest one and I love it. I can really do a lot with this fitbit watch. I can check messages, see who's calling and even check the weather. I can do so much more. I wouldn't change it for the world

Love the fit bit versa 2 ....the first one I bought would not work I took it back to let them set it up for me and they couldn’t do it either so finally after 4 hrs of working on it they gave me a different one and it downloaded right away so the first one was defective ...spent 4 hrs on a reject .

I purchased this watch for my lovely wife for Mother’s Day. She had to open it before that day and loves it. When she reaches her step count for 10,000 steps the watch has fireworks exploding on the face of the watch. It congratulates her on a great accomplishment.
