Customers are saying

Customers appreciate the Versa 2's ease of use, long battery life, and accurate sleep tracking capabilities. Many also highlight the positive aspects of its step tracking, various features, and reasonable price. While some users mention issues with the band's quality and occasional connectivity problems, the positive feedback on core functionalities outweighs these concerns. The watch's design and screen size also receive praise.

This is my second Fitbit. I‘ve enjoyed my Fitbit because of the options it delivers. However, every time I charge it, it does not sync to my Apple phone. I have to shutdown my Fitbit several times before it syncs. I had the Blaze first and actually I’ve had to replace the Versa 2, once before.

This Fitbit is attractive and tracks everything I need. It has many more features than the Blaze that I had previously. The only negative for me is how it's charged. You need to pull apart a bracket and fit the dial in it - much different than the older version. I think it's awkward.

This is the 4th or 5th FitBit I have had and the Versa 2 is by far my favorite. Not only does it look sleek and elegant, it offers so much more info at my finger tips. I love the ability of looking at my text messages without having to dig my phone out of my pocket. Great Job FitBit!!

I bought two of these watches for my kids and they love them. Very customizable and many more things can be done on these watches than others we looked at. Mainly they use them to track their workouts, daily water intake and sleep tracker.

I wish Fitbit OS was a bit better, but it does everything you need. Alexa integration is useless to me. Active tracking is meh, as long as you start your workouts you'll be good. Lack of GPS sucks, but you get over it. I have my phone on me all the time anyway.

Bought it for my wife for Other's Day. Simple enough for her to set up and use. Probably will never use all the features. My $20 Wyze watch would have been fine for her if function was more important than style.. However, a good deal. Can't go wrong with FitBit'

I got this for my wife and she loves it. Pretty much has it on 24/7. I looked at the Apple Watch but this one is just better. The battery life is just the main selling point. Also, I like having some other things besides all Apple. It works with her iPhone 6s.

I really like this watch and definitely the price was not bad. I wish you could text back from the watch but over all it has great features and some free features and it connected very easy to my iPhone.. I love that I can change the face of the watch whenever I want.

Wifey loved the Charge 4 but since she already have the Charge 2, she went for the Versa 2. Not only was it stylish, it was definitely a great upgrade that she wanted. All the features Charge 4 has and some more, makes this worth the purchase for her. Happy wife... happy life.

Another upgrade from the 1st gen. Although, there is a new version already out. We decided to go with Versa 2. Only a couple of things different nothing that a flagship phone already has.

It does the job, it's not a Samsung smartwatch. But for an elderly person who does not understand tech all that well. This watch does all the basics needed and it is easy to maneuver on the menu screen to get to the activity that you want to view.

After 4 years my fitbit alta broke so I needed a new fitbit. This one had so much more functions and isn't much bigger in size that I had to have it. Battery life is great, fits well, and I love how much information it tells me to help my health goals. Highly recommend.

The Versa Fitbit has exceeded my expectations. I did not want an Apple Watch because I did not need more apps or want the ability to always have to answer my iPhone. I like to be unplugged from technology but needed a tracker for steps, sleep, heart rate. This works well for me.

Like easy to read face. Like choice of activities for exercising. Like that battery life is longer than my Alta, previously owned. Good that I can time how many steps and the time I walked. Watch band tends to stretch out with wear. Will probably replace soon.

I bought this for my husband, he had some syncing issues in the beginning but it worked for the most part. He upgraded his phone and then could not sync to it at all, we had zero help with fit bits customer service. We discovered it could sync to my phone and I ended up with it. It does the majority of what it's supposed to. The battery life is stellar. The app is pretty easy to navigate but sometimes can be frustrating. You have to have a paid subscription to Pandora in order to use it with the watch, it took me a while to figure out why I couldn't make it work. A lot of additional items in the app you have to pay for, including some watch faces. Voice to text through the watch works very well and my favorite feature is the relax session app. As long as it will sync to your phone it's a pretty decent piece of tech.

I purchased the Fitbit Versa 2 for my wife as a Christmas gift. She loves it so she can track her steps she makes daily. It has a nice size watch face and displays the images large enough for you to see well.

This is a great smart watch with lots of nifty features. I don't think I've tapped into all that it can do, but I know it keeps very accurate track of my steps. The face scratches really easy, so I recommend adding a screen protector.

I've had no less than 6 Fitbit devices over the last 5 years so I'm a loyal customer to say the least. New features are great, still getting used to the absence of the buttons on the right side (you tap the face instead) but overall the Versa 2 is the pro Upgrade from the original Versa. Alexa is available on the Versa 2 (I haven't tried it yet though). This Versa syncs effortlessly with the Fitbit app. All in all- I'm pleased with it. (Fingers crossed- this one will last well beyond the 1 year limited warranty Fitbit offers). NOTE: Fitbit discontinued the extended warranty so you can't even buy the Geek Squad Protection Plan thru BB.
