This was a very useful and informative device, but regrettably, I had to return it because after a short period of wear, it made my wrist very sore. I did not wear it too tight, but rather just as advised by many posts on this subject. I never had a problem with the heart monitor on my apple watch (sold it because it was too heavy). This device is very light and you hardly know its there, but as I mentioned, I could not wear it without discomfort, either from the heart monitor or possibly the gold connectors for recharge that push against your skin. If you don't have that problem, you will love it!

I love this watch. I’ve had to replace the band several times but the watch just keeps going.

I got this fitbit primarily to replace my fitbit charge, but also to connect to Amazon Alexa. For my purposes (making lists, checking phone calls and texts, and taking activity) this works great! I would appreciate more sophisticated features - currently I can only link one calendar (a Google calendar), but I have many Google calendars that sync into one place in a laptop or phone, but not on my watch. I know the features are primarily third-party, but it still would be nice to have the basics covered (Google calendars is pretty standard). Over all, I'm very happy with this purchase. It's study and comfortable.

I love it and I exercise more now because it tracks my step.

I really like the durable strap, not worrying about it stretching. Very easy setup. I would definitely recommend! Oh, and Alexa is included, who knew!

Much better having the larger screen on this watch than the last fitbit I had with the skinny band. Seems to work well.

Nice fitness tracking. I like that I was able to add my credit card. And the relax breathing exercise is great.

Bought for my wife for Christmas and she loves it. It is replacing her 3 year old Fitbit and she likes this one more with ease of use.

I received this as a Christmas gift and so far so good. Been wearing it every day. On my runs, when I sleep, etc. Does everything I need it to and more.

Purchased this to help track different types of exercises to motivate me to finally stick to fitness goals. The watch not only keeps me motivated to challenge myself, it also does a better job at letting me know what I actually accomplished versus just steps. My husband and daughters love the connection to my phone, as often I did not hear the phone ringing with earbuds in while working out. Now my fitbit buzzes to tell me I have an incoming call. Havent even tried out most of the great functions yet - have only started using it for a month - but love it so far!

it does add extra steps when you were just doing everyday movement but it is lightweight and has a lot of good functions on it and I would recommend the product

MY FAVORITE WATCH EVER.. I’m not a huge fan of overly technically advanced things and this smart watch is a perfect in between.

I just upgraded to a Verda Fitbit. Very pleased as the new fitbit is easier to use and the battery last longer.

Meets my expectations, so far I haven’t had any issues, the battery lasts for several days
