Easy to use and set up. Only thing I didn't like was it is a little bigger than what picture makes it look bit not bad

This product logs steps, sleep, and heart rate better than my last one. I also get notifications and can download music to this watch.

I need a fitness watch that allows me to reply to messages and this is the best I've tried. I've had 8 Wear OS watches and have always been let down by something. With this watch I can read and reply to all my messages and get the fitness information I need. If I could change anything it would be how long new messages stay on the screen, I would add the ability to start a new text message, and I'd replace Alexa with Google Assistant. I've had the watch 3 months now and the fact that this is all I can complain about is it impressive to me,

Bought this for my teen son and he loves it! He likes tracking his sleep cycles and activity.

Looks good. Great way to track your daily activity. It will help motivate you. Somewhat limited if you don't have you phone nearby but works well.

This is the best fitbit yet. I have had several different versions but this one certainly exceeds my expectations. It has all the capabilities that I want and need. It allows me to pay via my device. It tracks my sleep as well as my sleep cycle and you can always listen to music on the device. The only downfall is that the music feature requires you to do an additional purchase of the music services as well as forces you to connect to the computer to download your music. Slight inconvenience for now.

Purchased it because I lost the previous one I had to account for daily steps. This one is a little more complex but easy to use.

Love it! I do feel that the heart rate monitor is not very accurate which is disappointing but everything else seems good!

the update versa to offers only one button instead of 3. The bad is more comfortable than the last one. Charges fast and last for.days

The product is really easy to use and is a perfect fit! It was easy to set up and I have had no problems using it.

I'm so disappointed in this product. (Not the customer service I was given). It took three exchanges to finally get a working model. You are better off with going with a different brand. First one arrived dead and would not charge at all. Exchanged it. 2nd one didnt want to connect, took well over an hour to complete set up and sync. It didnt want to connect to the app.However, once it did, which took forever, it kept shutting down and restarting. Exchanged it one more time before it finally decided to work ....eventually. I never had this problem before with the first versa, it was easy and seamless, but this experience was super frustrating, and had i known it was gonna go this bad i would have gone with a different watch. The only positives was how wonderful the best buy staff was in helping me with replacement. Completely professional, helpful,and understanding. Never made me feel like I was stupid and offered me several options to fix the situation. Great customer service!

I bought this for my wife for Christmas, upgrading her from a Charge 2. She absolutely loves it. Loves the look, loves the features.

Was debating btw this and the Apple Watch. I honestly feel like you pretty much get the same features without the larger price tag

It works for what I want it to, I just wish it stayed charged a little longer and didn't try disconnecting from my phone all the time.

I love my Fitbit versa 2. I only charge it once a week. It does everything I wanted it too.
