I wear my fitbit almost 24/7. I only take it off to charge and it charges quickly. The only problem i have is with connectivity. It loses connection with my phone and i have never gotten the alexa or spotify to work. So the versa one is just as good. The only plus for me is that there are more exercise options on this one compaired to the versa 1.

love this fitbit! the color was perfect, it doesn't scratch too easy, easy to use minus it takes alittle bit to connect to my phone and my sleep score doesn't show on my fitbit in the am like it use to, i have to physically go into the app on my phone which is annoying but other than that it does what i need it to

My wife loves her watch! It is actually pretty cool. Does just as much as my Samsung Galaxy Active 2 watch does. The charge lasts much longer, and the only issue is sometimes it takes a bit to connect to the phone and the fitbit app. Overall, great watch.

When it can sync to my s10 phone Versa 2 is great. Display is gorgeous, it has a ton of features (although none of my major credit cards like Citibank are eligible for FitBit Pay) and navigation is fast and intuitive. But I use it alot to sync my activity to Weight Watchers and often my phone can connect the Versa 2 although my fitbit will be on my left wrist while my phone is in my right. I get a lot of 'Device not found' and it may be hours before they finally sync up. If the connectivity was better I would not hesitate to recommend but because of these issues I say but with caution.

It does what I need it to do. Listen to music, steps, stair flights, etc. I like it so far. The only issue is that sometimes I have issues with it reconnecting to the Fitbit app.

Love the Fitbit so far no problems, long battery life only issues is connectivity is a hassle with iPhone but not with androids.

Bought this for my daughter because she doesnt need a $500 Apple watch! It works great as a fit tracker with decent battery life, but the app selection is lacking. Also, we use Hue lighting in our house and the app or the watch always fails to reconnect to the network and/or the Hue bridge. A bit annoying. It's decent quality and fit/sleep tracking for the price... but def lacking in the smart watch category.

Nice Color, Style, Easy to use, and comfortable but for texts an emails it does not stay connected to my phone and must constantly be reset & synched...also BIG downslide for me...all my music is in amazon music & it will not allow connection...wants you to BUY alternative music sources!!! Also had to return my first purchase due to a factory defect!

Doesn't always stay connected to my phone. Other than that it's okay. Has a great battery life

Works great. I have barely any complaints thw only thing I get annoyed about which is small...is every once and a while it doesnt connect before my excersise...so when I set it to start my bike ride it doesnt log the distance and time. I'm isually riding with my husband tho and his normally connects. I wonder if I set something up wrong.

I have been a Fitbit person for a while and decided to upgrade to the Versa 2 just to give myself some extra features compared to the more basic models. The only issue I have had is with the connectivity to Spotify, it will disconnect without warning and can definitely mess up your workout rhythm when it happens.

The screen is very vivid, and responsive. The biggest drawbacks are a lack of apps, and the tendency to disconnect from the phone. Sometimes I have to shut the phone's bluetooth off and the turn it back on to get the watch to connect. There are also very few free watch faces available.

My son loves this watch. Our only complaint is that sometimes it disconnects and you have to reconnect it. The time will not always set correctly. For the price, it’s ok.

Connectivity can be a bit off when it comes to snycing your watch to the app, but overall good!

My husband likes the watch, however connectivity is sketchy at times. There are bugs that need to be taken care of. I wouldn’t recommend this device until they have worked out all of the bugs.

I'm so disappointed in this product. (Not the customer service I was given). It took three exchanges to finally get a working model. You are better off with going with a different brand. First one arrived dead and would not charge at all. Exchanged it. 2nd one didnt want to connect, took well over an hour to complete set up and sync. It didnt want to connect to the app.However, once it did, which took forever, it kept shutting down and restarting. Exchanged it one more time before it finally decided to work ....eventually. I never had this problem before with the first versa, it was easy and seamless, but this experience was super frustrating, and had i known it was gonna go this bad i would have gone with a different watch. The only positives was how wonderful the best buy staff was in helping me with replacement. Completely professional, helpful,and understanding. Never made me feel like I was stupid and offered me several options to fix the situation. Great customer service!

It works for what I want it to, I just wish it stayed charged a little longer and didn't try disconnecting from my phone all the time.

I like Fitbits, but for some reason I wasn't able to get it connected with my phone. So I returned the item.

I love my fitbit, but this is the third one I have had because after a while they stop working. Sometimes has issues connecting to my phone. Mainly use for tracking walking, the alarms function, and getting notifications.
