Customers are saying

Customers appreciate the Versa 2's ease of use, long battery life, and accurate sleep tracking capabilities. Many also highlight the positive aspects of its step tracking, various features, and reasonable price. While some users mention issues with the band's quality and occasional connectivity problems, the positive feedback on core functionalities outweighs these concerns. The watch's design and screen size also receive praise.

This is my first smart watch. I have used analogs and classic Casios all of my life. My personal highlights: -long battery life -fitness tracker (the ones that i pay attention to are the steps, heart rate, calories, miles). I love the heart rate tracker in exercise mode while using my bicycle. -phone notifications (calls, text message, alarms) - there is no sound, all vibration which is nice. -alarm: i have grown to like the watch waking me up in the morning through vibrations. -I use the timer and stop watch a lot too. So I have my watch to where i hold the button on the side for a second and the timer comes up. Very handy. -it looks good and is comfortable. -Simple and easy to navigate. -I never have to set my time or date again as the watch is synced to my phone. -All in all, it is exactly what I was looking for in a smart watch. Im not interested in what comes with the competitor watches. Im a fan of the Versa and will likely continue with these for a very long time. Thanks

I spent a lot of time looking at different fitness trackers to see what would be the best for my needs. I had decided on the versa and when my best buy only had the versa 2 I jumped on it. The color is amazing, its incredibly easy to use, and it has all of the features I have been looking for. I'm not as intense a user as some so for me the battery lasts 5-6 days depending on what I do during the week. I love the fitbit app as it has food and water logging as well as being able to track weight lifting and other excercises. Once I saw I could track pilates and see the different workouts I do through the week i fell even more in love. Bottom line, best purchase I have made in a while. Glad I took so long to decide because I ended up with a great product.

It connects to the phone easily and set up is simple. I got it to track time mainly but found it very useful to track my steps and heart rate during exercise. Super useful and the app saves your steps data and all too. I could go a week without charging and leaving it on 24/7. I wear it out for about 2-3hrs a day at most.

Overall Good, but band has left rash on arm

Overall, the Versa 2 is easy to use. One downfall is sometimes, it's hard too pull up menus when swiping up or down, but it's no big deal. The band has left a rash on my wife's arm though, so that is a little concerning. After doing research, there are plenty of people complaining about this issue. Please look into these issue and fix please. Thanks.

I switched from the Charge 3 to Versa 2 and it was the best decision I could have made. This is the best Fitbit as of today. Easy to use, keeps track of all stats, user can choose from many clock ffaces.the face is easy to read and has Google Alexa built in. I would recommend getting a Screen Protector Compatible Fitbit Versa 2 Case, I bought a 3 pack from Amazon that adds a second layer of protection. Great product Overall.

Easy to use and its not too bulky on my wife's small wrists. The rose gold color matches her new s20. She likes the wallet feature and being able to get texts and phone calls.

I purchased this watch 6 days ago and wear it ever since, day and night. It was very easy to set up. You need to install the FitBit app on your phone to get all the benefits, no need to sign up for the additional "FitBit Premium", which is free for the first 3 months. You need to run the FitBit up at all times to get the full benefits, i.e. Alexa will not work if you close the app on your phone. But if you close the app the watch will still sync once you open the app again, and that's what I am doing, otherwise your phone battery will go down pretty quick, I have an iPhone 7Plus. The watch keep pretty accurate track of steps, exercise, heartbeat and sleep. I find the sleep tracking very interesting, especially since I apparently sleep better than I thought. I tried to switch from the woven band to the rubber/silicone band, which is a huge hassle. The silicone band seems to be a tiny bit wider than the woven, and it took a while to squeeze that band in. The silicone band feels much more comfortable on my wrist, as it is very soft. The watch notifies me (vibrates and shows on display) when I receive txt or emails on my phone as it should, it also vibrates and shows when I receive a call, I can answer that call on the watch, but I have to have the phone nearby to talk to the other person. I use the alarm every morning, it vibrates and wakes me as it should, but there is no additional sound, just the vibrating. Alexa works, but shows occasional flaws by not answering, not understanding or losing connection. I like that I can change the display, either download free (or not) additional clock faces. All over I am satisfied with this watch, but I am still considering an Apple watch, I am just hesitating because I don't know if I will really use all the additional features.

I have been using this watch since January 2020. My first smart watch and it was a little intimidating at first, but it's fairly easy to use. You can control music from this and connect BT headsets/ear buds, has spotify built in voice assistant. I don't use the music function but you can store music (up to 300 songs). Keeps track of my sleep, steps, water intake, calories, time spent exercising, heart rate. It's a useful tool to help you become more active and shed the pounds or maintain a healthy lifestyle. I had to get a different wrist strap the included one while being silicone did make my wrist itch, there are lots of wrist bands our there for this watch and in all manner of styles to suit your specific tastes. You can download different watch faces as well some are free and some will cost you, I recommend getting a screen protector if you wear this to work or are very active so you can avoid scratching the screen. You will need the Fitbit app on your phone (iPhone or Android) to log things like water, sleep, calories and other things. The included charger also does not sit flat but it does charge the watch quickly 10% to full charge is a little less than an hour, which is about as fast as modern cell phone chargers. Get it if you want an extra tool in your quest to lead a healthier lifestyle, you can't go wrong with this watch.

I moved from the Fitbit Charge 3 the other day to the Fitbit Versa 2. I had many issues with the Charge 3. One of them is my age. I could not read the screen at all. After researching, it came down to Garmin or Fitbit for me. I finally chose the Versa 2. So far I really enjoy it. It is soooooo much nicer than the Charge 3. I find the steps to be more accurate. Sleep monitor seems much better as well. The screen is very smooth. It reminds me of my cell phone. I love that. I love the alarm feature. It is on the watch, so you don't have to go into the app to set an alarm. Super easy to use and very convenient. Pairing and setting up only took me a minute, as I already had a Fitbit account and the app. The watch band is very comfy and the watch sits on my wrist much nicer than my old Charge 3. I have not used all the Pandora controls yet, but I will soon. I love the fact that there are apps already loaded and they work directly from the watch for your music on your phone. So far, I like this watch much better than I expected. I can read it. I can even see who is texting and calling me now. I highly recommend this smartwatch.

Best Fitbit yet, Looks great, the battery lasts a week or more. And it is the easiest Fitbit to use. Previously I had the Charge series and loved them (excluding the 3) When I upgraded to the Versa 2, I made the move because I hated the charge 3. I have been blown away in every possible way. The way the screen comes up when you lift your arm works perfectly. It's a small thing but I see other small watches try and fail to do this basic feature. I bought a watch face that shows battery and outside temp! Also, did I mention Alexa, I use Alexa often for research and measurement math, But if I'm out in the yard I don't have an echo nearby, the versa 2 has it built-in. I only hope that it doesn't get disabled by the google buy-out of Fitbit.
