Looks good. Great way to track your daily activity. It will help motivate you. Somewhat limited if you don't have you phone nearby but works well.

A little hard to set up and figure out. Holds a charge for several days. Seems to be a good product and is holding up well.

I'm so disappointed in this product. (Not the customer service I was given). It took three exchanges to finally get a working model. You are better off with going with a different brand. First one arrived dead and would not charge at all. Exchanged it. 2nd one didnt want to connect, took well over an hour to complete set up and sync. It didnt want to connect to the app.However, once it did, which took forever, it kept shutting down and restarting. Exchanged it one more time before it finally decided to work ....eventually. I never had this problem before with the first versa, it was easy and seamless, but this experience was super frustrating, and had i known it was gonna go this bad i would have gone with a different watch. The only positives was how wonderful the best buy staff was in helping me with replacement. Completely professional, helpful,and understanding. Never made me feel like I was stupid and offered me several options to fix the situation. Great customer service!

I bought this as a gift for my wife. She loves it. It does everything it says, and is very useful. The only bad part is if you want all the bells and whistles of the fitness app (Monitor Sleep, how much Deep sleep, etc.) you have to pay for a 1 year subscription. But honestly, I believe that everything will be going that way in a few years, that way the prices of these smartwatches will come down. But that is just my 2 cents. Overall, I am my wife are very happy and pleased with the purchase.

It works for what I want it to, I just wish it stayed charged a little longer and didn't try disconnecting from my phone all the time.
