I could not have asked for a more pleasant, an thorough lady to help me! She was an ANGEL! She had THE BEST personality, and walked me through the set up. I was a little anxious at the beginning, but she built my confidence up and I was SO PROUD of my accomplishment! Not many would take the time to explain, like she did! Best Buy, HAT's OFF! YOU hire THE BEST & RIGHT people!

At time of purchase confirmed she would be able to get assistance from Geek Squad under the total coverage on my account. She went to Geek Squad at store in South Carolina. Unfortunately she received a Runabout for set up and syncing with phone. She was required to visit store two days in a row and still did it have everything set. I would have expected better service for senior citizen.

Sometimes has issues connecting to my phone. Mainly use for tracking walking, the alarms function, and getting notifications.
