Parents love the Fitbit

Also purchased one for my Mom and they compete with each other on who has more steps. It’s awesome and funny to watch them. Only problem I had was I also purchased the 1 year Fitbit Membership with it (purchased online) and it took 3 weeks to get it. That was one trip to the store and 4 phone calls and 3 instant messages on Best Buy site.

This was the first time I actually purchased the all in one smart watch with tracker. I absolutely love it! With the interchangeable bands, I can go from silicone workout to gold/silver bangle in a minute. Has every function I would want in the tracker and, everything I would need in a smart watch, without being too over the top. One of the best purchases I've made for sure.

At time of purchase confirmed she would be able to get assistance from Geek Squad under the total coverage on my account. She went to Geek Squad at store in South Carolina. Unfortunately she received a Runabout for set up and syncing with phone. She was required to visit store two days in a row and still did it have everything set. I would have expected better service for senior citizen.
