Ok for everything but stairs

My only issues are it does not accurately count stairs. I have a home with 3 stories and I’m constantly up and down the stairs...CONSTANTLY...but it only logged 5 flights for the day. Also, it does not properly log if I’m pushing a shopping cart, it constantly misses steps.

It’s a nice little motivator to have on your wrist. It would be even better if we Apple users could use all the features like replying to a text...hopefully with some future updates.

Best buy is great. Product not so much

We had to return to best buy. It was not in stock so they let us get the special edition model for the same price. Great customer service at best buy! The fitbit is still working but sometimes it has connectivity issues.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this for a smart watch and something to assist with monitoring my fitness. It is barely either. As a watch it does tell time, it has timers, and alarms. Just like any watch. As a heart rate monitor it is poor. During exercise it is unable to measure heart rate. My heart rate will get up to 120 on the watch then just drop to around 80. Meanwhile I have to manually count my heart rate which is around 130-140. It is a bad smart watch and a bad heart rate monitor.

I don’t like that it doesn’t always keep track of my sleep even though I am always wearing it. It also repeats what is in my calendar several times a day. I have uploaded my Starbucks # but it is not retaining it. Overall I like it because it does more than my last Fitbit even though I have not accessed everything yet.
