Customers are saying

Customers appreciate the Versa 2's ease of use, long battery life, and accurate sleep tracking capabilities. Many also highlight the positive aspects of its step tracking, various features, and reasonable price. While some users mention issues with the band's quality and occasional connectivity problems, the positive feedback on core functionalities outweighs these concerns. The watch's design and screen size also receive praise.

Love it!!! But having a lot of issues with it recording my sleep pattern. Other than that Im really enjoying it. It’s waterproof so I can get in the pool with no problem. I like the different face displays it offers. Good buy.

Stopped Working in a few months

I'm extremely disappointed with the Fitbit Versa 2 as it has stopped working after only a few months of use. At first, I was very satisfied with the watch's features, including its fitness tracking capabilities, sleep monitoring, and heart rate monitoring. However, after a few months, the watch stopped turning on altogether, and no amount of troubleshooting could fix the issue. Additionally, I found that the watch's battery life was not as long as advertised, and it often needed to be charged every other day, even with minimal use. This was very frustrating, especially when I wanted to use the watch for extended periods of time. The watch's software was also not very user-friendly, and I found it difficult to navigate through the menus and features. The watch often lagged when I tried to open apps, and sometimes it would freeze entirely, requiring a reset. Finally, the watch's design was also not very durable. The band that came with the watch began to wear down quickly, and the buckle started to loosen, making it difficult to keep the watch securely on my wrist. Overall, I would not recommend the Fitbit Versa 2 Smartwatch, as it has proven to be unreliable and not worth the investment. There are many other smartwatches on the market that offer better features, longer battery life, and more durable design, making the Fitbit Versa 2 a disappointing choice.

I have been told the watch works well, has the desired features and the color is very nice. It took a couple of days to get the voice control functionality perfected, but all is good now. It does seem to count some interesting non step activities as steps, namely attending to personal toileting actions.

I have used both Garmin and Fitbit trackers for many many years. Finally fed up of garmin devices with non replaceable straps that always fail, I switched to Fitbit . The Versa 2 is a nice upgrade from my inspire HR but the two do not play nicely together, despite the marketing claims. You can only use one ! Also , much of the technology you have bought and paid for on the Versa 2 is not accessible unless you also pay for the monthly subscription, and Fitbit also warn you that features you know and love may be discontinued or moved behind the paywall . Sorry that’s just disingenuous. Battery life a few days - loved my full year garmin battery life but couldn’t forgive the fragile strap that renders it useless in a few months.

I am basically pleased with the watch. The literature says the battery will last 3-4 days but I am finding with use , it is going about 2-3 days. The programs work well and it is very easy to program. I am appreciative if the e-mail notice telling me the battery is low.

I really like this Fitbit, I do wish it was IOS compatible for calling and texts like it is with android but over all I’ve thoroughly enjoyed it! I would say get a screen protector because I never noticed how often I run into things until I started wearing this haha! Great purchase and am happy with the product!

The color pink is perfect for me, and the silicone band is the best ever. It is easy to clean, and hasn't cracked, torn or broken. The face of the watch is also the best. Not even one scratch after I've worn for several months. My Fitbit helps me to be more diligent about walking every day.

Very good device if you aren't looking to pay too much for a smart watch. I use it to keep me moving. I do not use it much for anything else. So I cannot say about the other things it has. If you looking for something simple and cheaper than a apple watch I recommend it.

I upgraded from a Fitbit Charge 3 and just loving how it works. It was a little difficult for me to find all the settings, and the proper look I needed for nursing but it has been such a great switch.

Simply put, it was everything I wanted in a smart watch, and more. I started out just wanting a watch for time and to monitor my heart rate, but didn’t want to pay the apple prices. Not only is it accurate (tested against an actual pulse oximeter) but it monitors your sleep patterns. I was blown away by this!

I find myself using the alarm and the timer feature more then anything. The vibration definitely wakes me up as an alarm. There is a delay when displaying the calories burn when I work out. One thing I would have like for it to do it show my text messages like my phone calls. Other then that it gets the job done.

There’s a lot of extras you have to buy to enjoy the watch to its fullest. Which is one of the biggest off putting things about it. But it was a gift for my mom who uses it for work and to help monitor her health and stuff. So it works well for what my mom wanted it for. She likes it a lot.
