No extra bells and whistles to distract or clutter. Excercising, music, calls, and alarms make this exactly what i was looking for in a wearable. Throw in some useful apps from the fitbit store and customizeable watchfaces and its uniquely your own. Love fitbits straighforward approach

My wife swears by this version of thr FitBit. While it doesnt boast all the features of future models, it is incredibly accurate and consistent.

Excellent watch with simple health monitor tools. For this for my wife. She didn't like all the options and tools that a Samsung watch included this being a little less smart was right up her alley.

This works great! I havent figured out all the features yet. But the ones i have used i like. One of my favorite things is the vibration wake up. It is so much nicer to wAke up to a nice little vibration! I have an iphone xs and so far everything works great! I do recommend this product.

This is the second Fitbit 2 for my Waite. The first one did a good job but was not Took an care of very well and took very few impacts before it broke. She dropped it a few times and hit it a couple times and it shatters. This was only out for six months. Hoping that this one last longer than a safer with a new band.

We have 3 family members that love this watch, Works great and tracks very good. Sometimes loses connection to app on the iPhone but that would be the only drawback.

This was a Christmas gift for my daughter, she is 12 and my only complaint is that she needed to be 13 to have her full account and really take advantage of the watch, as for now she uses it under my account until she turns 13, other than that this is a great gadget and she loves the look and feel of it.

Me and my daughter both have this watch. Works great, although the setup can be a little confusing. But all in all it's a great watch especially if you like to run and not have to carry your phone with you. Since the watch can store Pandora Premium songs and Links to your bluetooth headphones.

Versa 2 is great! I actually upgraded to the Versa 3 at one point but had to go back to the 2. I love the physical button as well as all the other awesome features! Having Alexa available right on my wrist helps me remember so many things!

My old Fitbit died. I had a couple Best Buy staff helping. I needed a metal band, as the plastic bands they come with cause a rash. Two associates, again, assisted in finding a metal band to fit my new Fitbit. I was rather compressed with the assistance I received. And, this one works!!

Easy to install after Geek Squad intervened on my behalf as I requested. My wife is enjoying the functionality of her Fitbit Versa 2. This is her 3rd Fitbit and the best so far.

I am satisfied with my purchase and store experience. I purchased on Black Friday so you would assume the store was crazy, but I was ableto find what I wanted and checked out without any issue. I owned a Fitbit previously and decided to upgrade so I knew I would be satisfied with thelis watch.

Great price for a high quality smartwatch. I haven't activated it yet so can't say how it performs. But the buying experience with Best Buy was outstanding. Ordered on line and it arrived in my mail box a day early. Looking forward to having the time to get it up and running.

We did end up returning this but it wasn't because of anything with the watch my husband wants the Versa 3. Great watch, he said it was very comfortable to wear. He just wanted to be able to answer his phone from his watch and talk to the person on the phone through the watch.

I gave it 3 stars because if you use amazon Alexis on it and you set an alarm you can’t turn it off! I like sleeping with it on so I can track my sleep. If I don’t have to work and I wanna sleep in, I can’t wear my Fitbit. Irritating!

best thing it motivates me to walk everyday. I some times have trouble downloading my miles/steps to my phone or my iPad. the battery could last a little longer. not happy i lost 150 mile for 2 weeks walking. i guess overall i am happy i got it hope my next fitbit is a little more friendly.

Makes it much easier to see my notifications on my fitbit since I drive a lot and cannot check my phone. Also like that it will auto start a workout if I forget to. Alexa built in is a nice addition as it allows me to control the devices in my house. So I am able to turn on lights before I even get home.

My wife had a small heart attack and this device helps her to monitor her exercise and heart beat etc. She is not the most tech savy but has been able to use this device without any major problems. Would recommend this to all for ease of monitoring your fitness and health too. Great price too.

This was a gift since I have since switched out to an apple watch. I used it more as I teach at a gym. This worked great and loved the colors as well. Anyone starting out and dose not want to spend the money on an apple product this works just fine.
