Watch is great; I like the SPO2 monitor ability, especially. The charger is a very bad design and I wish it was like the old Versa charger that would actually sit on a flat surface and be long enough to reach from the floor to my side table.

The accuracy is fantastic. I can keep in touch with friends while we have a friendly competition

this watch is so close to.working like an Apple watch and is a great alternative for non iPhone users. The only change I wish it that you could initiate a text or call from the watch and hear your calls on the watch incase you can't find your phone in time.

This is a good smartwatch but I experienced issues with connecting it to Alexa. I called Customer Service for assistance with installing Alexa on this smartwatch and I went to Bestbuy Geek Squad for help but unfortunately my issue was still unresolved.

I really enjoy being able to track my exercise with this Fitbit- whether it’s weightlifting, yoga, Pilates or walking the dog. The downside is that this model doesn’t stay charged as long as my previous one. With more “bells & whistles, there is more power used.

My Fitbit stopped working 1 year and 8 months. Make sure get warrenty. when worked it was awesome for steps, heart rate the apps.

Had an old Fit bit one but it gave me trouble so go a new one and this is so great with more apps and information and love all the things it can do

May not accurate. I didn’t wear it for a day. But it still show me the number. I compared the heart rate it measured with my blood oximeter. The difference is less than +/- 5, which is not a bad number. The sleep monitor is good, helps a lot.

Nice watch and does the job well. 4 stars due to app linking being rubbish - it will link back to your phone to play Spotify and control previous next song (nothing standalone), steps tracking is a bit dubious

I bought this smart watch for my daughter as a gift and she loved it. I wish that the watch could perform blood pressure. So, I can buy one for myself.

It was a gift for a friend, she wanted to start exercising and this watch helps with her tracking needs, has set new goals and now exercising more to attain personal goals.

Love this watch. Easy to use the app on my Smart phone. I use it on my bike rides. Tells everything when done. one possible negative is when I am on my bike the heart BPM jumps all over the place. Maybe it is the movement of my wrist.

I was surprisingly impressed by this item. My wife has been using Fitbit products for years but this was my first. It was easy to set up and has been working great so far. The features and options available are very nice. Would recommend.

When my original versa had a swimming accident I got the Fitbit versa 2 lots of updates. You can talk to it to reply to texts it has a find my phone option and it's loud!!! I love it! It's sometimes finicky with bluetooth...

A gift to my husband. He loves it. He uses all of the features and the Alexa feature is his new friend. All of the apps are user friendly. Since it looks like an Apple Watch, it is an excellent product for the price.

I bought this for my mom when her Apple Watch stopped working. I have the Fitbit Versa, and love it, so I bought her the new Versa 2, and she is so happy with it! Loves the band color, and how easy it is to navigate. Great purchase!! Great gift!!

I purchased this as a gift for my husband not sure if he would like it or use it! I’m Impressed, not only does he use it he loves it. He is finding All kinds of things he can do with it including communicating with Alexa. Well worth the purchase

I love this watch. Really like that I can read text messages on it and see who is calling me without looking at my phone. Nice seeing how many steps I do a day. Bands are really nice that came with the watch.

So far it has done everything I expected it too, except stay connected to my phone. It does not sync and stay synced like it is supposed to. But other than that I love it, so if they can work on the syncing issue, it would get 5 stars.
