Customers are saying

Customers appreciate the Versa 2's ease of use, long battery life, and accurate sleep tracking capabilities. Many also highlight the positive aspects of its step tracking, various features, and reasonable price. While some users mention issues with the band's quality and occasional connectivity problems, the positive feedback on core functionalities outweighs these concerns. The watch's design and screen size also receive praise.

Got this watch for my daughter, she didn't like it much so she had me return it. It was too large for her little wrist worked great though

I had a Blaze which was bad and then bought a Xiaomi mi 2 and then got this as it’s the newest technology. Uhm, it actually doesn’t track naps!!! I do not see improvements in this over and above hr tracking. As an iPhone user, i can’t use the voice commands. Incompatible. The Xiaomi device is better at 10% of this price. I also broke a nail trying to change out the band and called the company for help. They wanted documentation of the incident. Please. I’m not tryna scam you Fitbit. I’m still stuck with a small band when I should really have a big band. It doesn’t fit! Anyway, I’m giving the aria 2 scale a try as well and maybe that will be the redeeming purchase. My friend says I should try Garmin instead.

I git this watch on Black Friday & haven't had any issues yet. I love it! It allows you to answer calls on the phone but not on the watch itself. I also haven't figured out how to start a text unless I miss a call. But overall great watch!

Did not want iwatch. Too small in my opinion to answer text emails etc. The Versa works great for me as a fitness monitor and a notification device regarding texts, emails, phone calls, and other alerts I want to receive.

My daughter uses it. The first comment she made was that she thought it did more. She also doesn't like that she can't modify certain messaging settings. I just think she hasn't fully explored it. However, her having one makes me want one. I love it.

I've had a fitbit activity watch before - the connectivity was an issue with both fitbits in the past. Versa 2 seems to connect much better. The battery life is good for 3 days, at least with mine.

Since my first Blaze smart watch Fitbit has been my “go to” for wearable tech. It provides the motivation & info I’m tracking and any issues have been satisfactory from Fitbit customer service team.

I bought this for my college aged daughter who tried the apple 5 watch and did not like the sleep tracking details in it so she returned it and got this Fitbit watch. She absolutely loves this watch and wears it all of the time.

Christmas gift for my daughter. She specifically wanted a "smart watch" that could monitor her heart rate. She loves it! She was thrilled with all the additional features that the watch had. I loved the price!

This Fitbit couldn’t get any better unless you could text on it. I love being able to see a full text and not have it disappear until I erase it. I like that my phone rings on it. The display screen is nice but not too big.

I'm not happy with this version of the Fitbit Smartwatch. I've found it very difficult to use and quite confusing with settings. I've even downloaded the User Manual for the Versa 2 with little success at following. I wish I could have purchased another more expensive Fitbit Model. . . Much larger Window Vision and Easier Settings/Operation but at a MUCH higher price tag, Oh well, it was a Birthday Gift to my Wife, and even she is more confused with its operation. We need "LIVE" training in this FitBit Technology. Unfortunately, FitBit does not offer that assistance.

    Looks Nice, But Poorly Designed

I spent a lot of time researching fitness watches/trackers and finally decided on the Fitbit Versa 2. I didn't want an Apple watch because of the expense and too many features I simply didn't need. I mainly wanted a watch for fitness monitoring and especially its sleep monitoring features. I was excited to get it going only to be sorely disappointed. Aside from the physical design, the rest seems as if it were an afterthought rolled out in a rush for the holiday season without undergoing proper product testing. The problems started right out of the box when I had to change to the larger wrist strap - I finally got it done after about 10 minutes of fiddling with it. Then I had to go to their online community to figure out how to tweak my iPhone settings so I could just download the latest software/firmware and initially set up the watch. The watch's menu system and companion app are haphazardly organized and confusing and you even have to login to your account online to make some changes, such as adjusting the time from 12 to 24-hour format. Only after I got into the system to do some troubleshooting did I discover a note that said that they are aware of problems it was having with Apple iOS 13. Gee, that would've been great to know BEFORE I bought it!!!! I cannot maintain a wi-fi connection even right next to the router and I continuously have to reconnect. The sleep function is supposed to show the different stages of sleep (REM, deep, etc.), but I suspect that this feature doesn't even exist, but it's hard to know since the watch only tracks my sleep when it feels like it, which isn't often and has never shown sleep stages. (UPDATE: After reading some other reviews, apparently that feature is available only if you pay a $12.99 monthly premium. Talk about ridiculously overpriced!!! Never could find that in any of the ads or documentation.) I don't think the fitness tracking is very accurate either - I spent most of the day sitting around in the house yesterday, but somehow, after only 6500 steps, I managed to burn 3,400 calories. I don't think so! And the "How to Use" manual in the app isn't very helpful at all. I suppose I could continue searching the message boards for fixes to all my problems, but after 45 years of working with computers and technology, it just shouldn't be this hard to set up a fitness watch!!! I was expecting so much more from THE innovator and pioneer of fitness tackers/watches and maybe the Versa 3 will be better, but in the meantime, I think I'll go back to Garmin or maybe try Samsung. Two words of advice for you Fitbit: SIX SIGMA!!!!

My wife is a huge Fitbit fan, so when her old one died, I bought her this watch. She loves that it feels more like a watch but still gives her all her Fitbit functions. Price is ok, when you compare it to my Galaxy watch. So far so good.

I thought the watch was going to be too big for my wrist. But, it's not. I am really enjoying my birthday present. It provides some valuable information that we all could use on a daily basis.

This was an upgrade for me from a Charge 2 and I really like the functionality of it, I don’t need a lot of the bells and whistles so this is just perfect to have some nice features and still not feel like you are doing the most. I highly recommend it!

This is my 3rd fitbit that I have purchased and I love it. The features that it has are great and I haven't even tried using them. It's a nice looking watch and you can use it for the gym, casual and going out too. Highly recommended

I bought this watch for my aunt's birthday, and she has been raving about it ever since. She loves the look and features, and she loves being able to change the bands and face covers to match her mood and outfits.
