Bought this as a birthday gift. A minor set back to this product is the difficulty syncing to the cellular device, in the beginning. Aside from that. it's a pretty good smartwatch.

I purchased this for my Mom for Christmas. She wanted a way to track her exercise sessions and sleep quality. She loves it. She claims it gives her insights she can get nowhere else!

Sometimes while making hand gestures, my 10,000 step count alarm goes off, so I'm not sure how accurate it is. It is feature packed and looks good though

Nice Watch with great capabilities. Was a gift for my wife and she impressed. I an not fan of the Fitbit app and web page and the process of changing devices is at best not intuitive

Came back to Fitbit. Tried Apple for a bit. It was good but I like the set up of the Fitbit better.

Awesome watch. I love it and it does exactly what I was looking for. I did not want to spend so much, but I’m glad I did. Definitely buy a screen protector for it though..

I am not a super techy or fitness guy, but it gives all the data I need on a daily basis. tracks steps and gives reminders, it also send all my notifications from my phone

It tracks your walking if you just move your arm. You shouldn't have to pay extra to have sleep pattern knowledge. Should have a longer calendar option. Only gives you 2 days at a time.

Bought this for my wife she absolutely loves it for tracking her workouts

This is a replacement to an earlier version of a Versa 2. Love it but this version does not count pool laps. just time swimming, disappointing but pleased otherwise.

I bought it for the heart rate monitor and to be able to track my sleep. The heart rate monitor is off by usually 20 beats at any time, making the sleep portion inaccurate too. I didn’t realize as well that the step monitor is locked in to measuring from 9am-6pm. I’m definitely already at work by 5am missing a whole beginning of my day. It also inaccurately reads my normal walking around as exercise, meaning more than walking. The only thing I like about it after two weeks is the battery life. Another problem I have is it took just over two weeks to figure out all these problems with it and now I want to return in. However, the return deadline was at two weeks and now I can’t return it.

Felt comfortable and easy to use. It didn’t have the features I was hoping for. I did end up returning this product for an Apple Watch.

Love this fitbit!! Very comfortable and love being able to count my steps and see my heartrate daily. I highly recommend the fitbit versa 2

Only used it for two days but I’d like it so far. It definitely has a bit of a learning curve. Sometimes a little frustrating but I’m sure within another few days I’ll understand it a little better

Works alright as a fitness tracker but it's smart watch features are frustrating and not helpful. Also many of the apps are not helpful.

Great the watch performs well needs little attention!

It’s simplicity of use is not a virtue for this device. It takes a knowledge base to understand how to use it. Overall it’s a good buy.

It was a fantastic Christmas present for the wife. It was a hit !! Only drawback is that to charge it, you need to buy a separate adapter.

I bought this for my mom because she wasn’t allowed to wear her Apple Watch at work anymore but she can wear a fit bit! Turned out, she loves the fit bit more than the Apple Watch!
