My wife really likes the watch the only problem is the problem we’ve had with all are Fitbits after about a year or year and a half they all go dead. My wife doesn’t like to switch brands because she will have to learn how to use the new watch so she keeps on getting Fitbits. I’d rather she have an Apple Watch and I’m trying to convince her of that.

This watch is amazing. It syncs to my phone so I can receive text messages and see phone calls while my phone is on silent

I purchased this for my bff who had a samsung watch previously. This watch is amazing and tracks all of the calories we burn at bootcamp!

Suggest you put on a feature to download the manual to my computer so that I can go back and refer to how to work all of the features the watch is capable of doing.

Not as user friendly as my Samsung was. Also it's larger/bulkier than the Samsung. It serves the purpose, but in the future I'd buy Samsung.

Bought this Fitbit for my wife. She had the Charge 3 before this one. She loves the Versa 2 and tell me all the time how much she loves it.

It was wonderful to be able to purchase my new Fitbit in the store. This is definitely a quality item with many helpful features.

Upgraded after issues with the lite and this one has performed beautifully. It has everything I’m interested in with out being overly distracting.

Overall it is a great watch. The only reason I do not give it 5 stars is that it does not count steps correctly when indoors.
